Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vézère

Very nice and well equipped house. A beautiful park with games for all ages. There is everything you need to spend as much time outdoors as possible. We had a pleasant stay.

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

Great stay at Sandrine's. The house is very well-equipped, and perfectly clean. The area is a treat: many medieval villages nearby, Padirac abyss, Castelnau castle in particular. We also particularly appreciated the nearby body of water, in case of high heat. We would highly recommend it!

We stayed for two weeks it was wonderful a real home from home. Howard and Shirley made us feel so welcome and shared their excellent knowledge of the area. We found everything to hand and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend family days at the Grand Etang, croissant and baguette from the village boulangarie and evening drinks in the Cafe Brocante in the village. Will definitely pop it on our list to return, many thanks to our lovely hosts

A very nice stay, an ideal setting helped by the sunny weather. Jean-Marc and Joëlle are charming and gave us good advice on the activities and restaurants around the cottage. The house is perfect for a weekend with friends and a real piece of history. I highly recommend this listing and even consider coming back if we return to the area.

Beautiful environment with exceptional views and calm guaranteed. Véronique welcomed us with kindness by providing us with good places to eat. We particularly enjoyed our evening on the quiet terrace overlooking the formation of a huge rainbow.

We stayed one night as a stopiver in a long distance bike ride. Dans and Monique kindly let us use their secure garage to store our bikes. They were there to meet us on arrival, to show us everyrjing then left us in peace. very friendly and courteous. the apartment was spotless, the bed very comfortable and lovely views. All better than the photos.

Pierre is a attentive host and knows how to be responsive when needed. Pretty setting, 2 minutes from the lake... finishing the space well done. I would recommned this property

We had such an amazing stay at Cassandra's beautiful chateau!!! Fantastic space with gym and beautiful gardens and so peaceful. Such a magical region. Cassandra and her housekeeper Martina were amazing and very helpful. Our entire stay felt like we were in a fairy tale. :) Would definitely come back!

Ideal for visiting the beautiful sites of Périgord Noir. Mariette and Jacques are lovers , have a sense of hospitality which is rare nowadays! Everything is great: the setting, the typical house with character. Well equipped, welcome tray, good bedding, a beautiful fireplace very pleasant in the evening! We recommend 100% for those who want to have a good simple and true holiday. Special mention for the welcome of our 2 dogs. We will be back next year as we did not have time to thoroughly visit the surroundings so rich in heritage. Thank you again

very spacious accommodation, comfortable, clear, true to description and very well located; both quiet but not far from points of interest (tourist places, shops, walks,...). the host and the place allow you to have a very pleasant time.

A lovely place in a very peaceful location very close to all Les Eyzies, Sarlat, and the major Dordogne sites. Lots of space, big kitchen and living room. Huge garden with lovely pool area and terrace - luckily despite being early April we were blessed with great weather to use the pool. All in all, highly recommended!
