Beaucoup de charme dans cette maison ancienne mitoyenne de 1820, située dans le vieux hameau d’Arare, sur la commune de Plan les Ouates. Elle donne sur une ruelle peu passante, offrant une atmosphère calme et intime. Le logement a conservé ses éléments d’origine, avec un carrelage en terre cuite au rez de chaussée et un escalier en bois d’époque qui grince légèrement et participe au caractère authentique de la maison. Récemment rénovée, la maison est lumineuse et agréable à vivre.

Beautiful house on the border of Geneva with panoramic views of Geneva, the Jura, Lake Geneva and the Jet-d'Eau. 5 minutes from the Croix de Rozon border crossing, its quiet location, has quick access to downtown Geneva, 30 minutes from Annecy and 40 minutes from the ski slopes. Vehicle is essential with free parking in front of the house. Please do not request if you are traveling with children under 12 years old. We only accept guests who already have positive reviews.

Quiet and bright place with several windows overlooking greenery and the large garden. Ideal for visiting Geneva because close to all amenities and tram stop less than 5 minutes walk. Parking place in front of the house. With microwave and coffee machine. A lovely pergola with a dining area in the garden. Please do not smoke inside the cottage.
