Transportation is 5 min. walking from apartment. Apartment is situated first line in Geneva Old Town, so there's plenty of life.

2nd floor (no lift), Fiber optic WIFI, studio is cleaned once a week, internet TV (fiber), NON SMOKING, has a proper sofa bed, kitchenette with 2 hot plates, oven and micro wave 2 in 1, bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, washing machine, dryer. Very close to shops and restaurants and still quiet. Tram N° 12 and tram N°17 are less than 100 meters away.
