We offer our small, fine vacation home in the Eifel for guests (also with dogs). The renovated bungalow nestles on the southern slope of the Rur Valley and overlooks the small village of Untermaubach and its castle. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful hiking trails through former vineyards, the Celtic Hochkoppel and the typical Buntsandsteinfelsen [colorful sandstone rocks] along the Rur. Rurtal & the Eifel National Park are particularly attractive for hikers, mountain bikers/e-bikers and nature lovers.

The gatehouse is the top location at Türnich Castle - there is no one in the yard who does not want to live there. In the charming gatehouse from the 19th century, there is a beautiful room with a fireplace and bathroom upstairs. And this in the midst of the enchanting castle ensemble with its enchanted gardens and an organic café with wonderful food from its own gardens. The gatehouse has its own entrance. As in a rustic tower staircase, you climb up to your apartment.

The single kitchen is in a separate room, along with a dining table and seating for 2 people.
