Cozy studio apartment near Sandefjord city center.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

The cabin "Ekely" is idyllically and rural located 30 meters from the waterfront in inner Viksfjord - in the middle between Larvik and Sandefjord. This is the perfect place for play, sunbathing, outdoor life, fishing and cottage cosiness! Here it is great to go kayaking, windsurfing, etc. The outdoor area has plenty of space for most activities, and the car can be parked in the carport. Inside, the cabin appears bright and modern. Cabin with sun all day, views and beaches.

Hytta har to nydelige strender med både sand og klipper. Brygge med badetrapp og ferskvanndusj 5 minutters spasertur unna. (Delt med 8 hytter). Hytta har utsikt til havet og Tønsbergfjorden med Skjellvika, Stauper og Tjømelandet. Hytta har også utedusj (også ved brygga) og utekjøkken. En terrasse ligger mot syd med grillplass og havutsikt, den andre mot vest med solnedgang og sjø der også. .Hytta ligger på toppen av Stigeråsen, men likevel lunt. 3 parkeringsplasser. Man må tåle trapper.

Modern and relaxing Apartment - Unique location

Close to the city in Sandefjord and still you feel that you are staying in the nature. Free parking outside of the apartment. Bus stops 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You will see the fjord from the windows and the boats to Sweden. It takes 8 min to drive to Sandefjord ,12 min to Larvik. Torp airport is 15 min. Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Ønsker du å bo i ett med naturen, med fuglekvitter og kyststien rett på utsiden av døra? Kunne du tenke deg å krabbefiske fra fine svaberg, eller bare nyte panoramautsikten utover det åpne havet, kun en kort gåtur fra hytta? Da er dette stedet for deg! Kjærstranda ligger ca 1,2km fra hytta og flotte svaberg ca 500m unna. Den sto ny sommer 2024 og inneholder det man kan ønske seg av en moderne hytte. Det å være ved sjøen er flott hele året, ikke bare om sommeren!
