Cozy Swedish vacation home

In the middle of the forest, and close to the ferry's arrival and a good beach, is our holiday home, 90 m2 plus 15 m2 annex with plenty of space for up to six people. The house is not suitable for people with cat allergies, as the owners themselves have cats. The house is a Swedish holiday home, well insulated and with a wood-burning stove, cozy kitchen and living room in one, large terrace and 5500 m2 plot with enclosed cat yard, greenhouse and raised beds, outdoor furniture, fireplace and free firewood. Can also easily be rented in autumn and winter, e.g. Christmas and/or New Year on Læsø.

A completely unique and well-maintained cottage with high aesthetics in the first row of dunes. The cottage has private beach access and 180 panoramic views of Kattegat. The house is designed for the good life indoors and outdoors, with all the amenities that can make a vacation especially good. Vacation by the water, morning swimming, kayaking, hiking, cycling, and reading good books. And as a starting point for excursions in the beautiful North Jutland. Close to shopping: 2 km to Strandby, 10 km to Frederikshavn and 30 km to Skagen. No pets of any kind and no smoking

Enjoy a wonderful stay in a modernized master apartment in the heart of Frederikshavn. Here you will stay in beautiful and quiet surroundings with a wonderful sea view of Kattegat to the east and birdsong from the backyard to the west. The apartment has a wonderful location with a short distance to the nearby forest (Bangsbo) and beach. Also, easily take a day trip to beautiful Skagen☀️ The ferry terminal, grocery stores, as well as delicious cafes and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the front door. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

Annex

The annex is 25 m2 and is located 500 meters from Vesterø harbor, with easy access to ferry, beach, shopping, restaurants and shopping. The house is bright and newly renovated with a kitchenette (hob, electric kettle, air fryer, tableware, toaster, etc.), bathroom, a bedroom (160x200), a loft with two mattresses (80x200) and a sofa bed. The house has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is located in the backyard of a 2400 m2 private property, with the possibility of access via Tværvej and parking of car in the backyard.

You can go directly along a small path down to one of Denmark's very best beaches for swimming. The holiday home is located near Sæby, a charming coastal town with a cosy harbour, beautiful forests, small cafés and an atmospheric old town centre. The interior design is practical and simple, with a focus on light and cosiness. There are plenty of lovely outdoor cosy spots.

The cottage is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches on the coast, and Voerså town with shopping and pleasure boats. 1000 m to the sea!
