Right above the property is Kopåsbatteriet, a cannon position that participated in the protection of the German warship Blucher on April 9, 1940. Everyone is welcome to rent our detached house. The house is in a peaceful location next to a small farm, and the forest is the closest neighbor. Peaceful location, but a good starting point for hikes. Only a 7-minute drive to Vestby, where you have a shopping center and the Oslo Fashion Outlet. From Vestby, it takes 20 minutes by train to Oslo. Swimming opportunities by the Oslo fjord are a 20-minute drive away. Tusenfryd amusement park 25 min. Unfortunately, there is no public transportation that passes by the property, so you are dependent on a car.
