This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

We spent our first family holiday here and couldn't have done better! The accommodation was easy to find, very clean and beautifully decorated. We were particularly impressed by the view from the balcony of Lake Maggiore and the great pool. Nino was extremely friendly and helpful – we felt completely comfortable. Orselina has won our hearts, and we will definitely be back!

Anna & Massi were extremely responsive and even rescued us from roadside when we couldn’t access the listing via public transport — and then drove us back to the Como station when we checked out! Erica picked me up when I got off the bus and welcomed me very warmly! Your beautiful cottage is close to the beach and has a fabulous view! There are two restaurants in the village, but you can also be in Italy in a few minutes, where there are beautiful markets! And the beach bar is only 2 minutes' walk away, so you can easily stay there! ☺️Erica was always ready when I had a question and I'm looking forward to the next time! Stay healthy, dear Erica! Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

Beautiful house on the slopes. Amazing view from the house just like in the pictures. I thought the house looks much better than the pictures. Nicole was extremely kind but perhaps communication was a little affected by google translate but all is fixed since I had a Swiss friend. For ASEAN guests, please take note that the garbage bags are paid so usually they use 1 bag for the stay and please take note of the trash organisation instructions on the kitchen bar. - This has nothing to do the owner but a cultural difference good to note. The place is wonderful and the kids (Swiss and Asian) all loved the play area. Superb! Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house something very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the grills chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the wonderful stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this one is definitely the best. Giordano is a very kind and responsive host, and he kindly allowed us to stay an extra night beyond our original plan. We simply wanted to enjoy one more day in this peaceful and private place, surrounded by beautiful mountains and a stunning river right next to the property. We will come again for sure!

A real favourite for this house perched on the heights with a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, all in a peaceful and privileged setting. We were delighted with our stay, everything is there: comfort, space, view, amenities, everything you need is there. We didn't see our host but we could easily communicate with him. We will be happy to return to this little haven of peace.

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at this place and felt comfortable from the first moment. Serge proved to be an outstanding host, not only extremely friendly and likeable, but also extraordinarily helpful and always committed to our well-being. Right after our arrival, Serge took the time for a detailed house tour and gave us valuable insider tips for the area. His recommendations for restaurants where to dine well, as well as for interesting activities and worth seeing excursions were helpful. The view from the property was breathtaking. A special highlight was the hot tub, which was just the place to relax after an eventful day. We are sure this was not our last visit with Serge and in his fantastic accommodation. We can fully recommend this place and Serge as a host!

The accommodation is in a fantastically beautiful location – ideal for relaxing. Andrea and Raffi were very warm, wonderfully uncomplicated and helpful, we felt welcome from the first moment. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished, you can tell that a lot of heart is put into it. We will be happy to come back!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

By far the best airbnb during my trip to Italy. This place has all the accommodations you would need and more. I wish I could take this airbnb with me for the rest of my trip.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very good, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a cot... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make all the difference: on arrival, fresh fruit, yogurt, beer... And for those who like their peace and quiet, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

Cécile is a lovely house and the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. She met me at the train station and drove me to the place and showed me around and answered all my questions. She left some snacks in the apartment as well. She responds quickly to questions and is very friendly. The apartment is beautiful with a nice balcony with a spectacular view. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Lugano.
