Monthly Rentals in Versova Beach

My stay at Nomaan’s place was absolutely amazing, there are not enough stars to rate this experience! Nomaan is not only a caring host, but also a friend. He knows the best place for fresh, delicious, home-cooked food, and we would also go out for chai and to the gym together. Also the flat was very comfortable and clean, with a lady who would come every morning to clean and make breakfast. Definitely recommend.

The place was great. The room was well kept and clean. The host was nice and extremely helpful and was always ready to help. The location is very conveniently next to a metro. Great place.

Rony was a great host; very proactive and responsive. He did take special care to ensure a comfortable stay for us. The apartment was compact and efficiently designed with a well-equipped and well-stocked kitchenette. It was neat, clean and hygienic. All mentioned equipment was available as stated and functioned flawlessly. The apartment is quite centrally located and about a 15 min walk to Versova Beach. The building itself is quite old and not well maintained but so are several other buildings in Mumbai. However, entering the apartment was like a breath of fresh air. Would definitely love to stay here again and would certainly recommend Rony's place for a neat, comfortable and centrally located stay, at an affordable price.

We had a wonderful stay—the place was clean, private, and extremely safe. It matched the description perfectly. Sarita was very responsive and shared all the necessary details well in advance, which really helped us plan our trip smoothly. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
