I had the absolute pleasure of staying here..The host was nothing short of amazing—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every little detail had been thought through to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. It had that rare blend of feeling both luxurious and homey. Waking up to peaceful surroundings each morning was such a treat, and every evening felt like a perfect wind-down from the day. Whether I was relaxing indoors or exploring the local area, I always felt well taken care of. The host went above and beyond—from thoughtful touches in the room to great local recommendations that made my experience even richer.

We had a great time in this nice apartment. Clean, quiet ( the airplanes didn’t bother us at all) good street food and veggie stalls around. This is a living and vibrant neighbourhood. Farhan was a perfect host, came over right after check-in, and explained everything for us, and was always reachable .

This was my first time using an AirBnb rather than regular hotels. It was much more than I expected thanks to Abrar and the house he provided. Really nice guy, gave me a really early checkin and a late checkout too. Stayed there for a week without any hassle and it was truly a home away from home. The house was in perfect condition & moreover CLEAN! Has all the amenities needed & more! Would definitely recommend this to people & would definitely be staying here again when I’m back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb with our family! The house had a great vibe—clean, well-kept, and truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was available, and the kitchen was fully functional, which made things really convenient for us. The host went above and beyond—he even arranged a few extra kitchen items we requested within 10 minutes, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Gopal was a great host and his house is exactly as described. All the amenities were in order and the washing machine and microwave worked well. I definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.

Great stay

The home felt like a home. I wanted a place for the last leg of my India trip where the girls could relax and watch tv and enjoy the house. This appt was just that, it was our home for 3 days and the kids felt right at home. It was clean, matched the pictures, comfortable beds, neat and clean bathrooms, safe location, everything that I would recommend to any family traveling. The hosts are excellent too. Very prompt in communicating, and helping out with things. They went out of their way and arranged for some milk for the kids. Everything they did was amazing!!! 1. Great location, clean, comfy firm beds, fresh linens, stocked kitchen. 2. Baths: my american kids rejects indian baths because of the dry wet area. This home has the right separation between dry and wet areas and clean fresh toilets. We had no issues using the bathrooms. Also the home provided ample toilet paper. 3. Kitchen and living: amazing clean and spotless and has everything. Will love to come back again!

I loved the stay! I booked it for my visa appointment at the US consulate and this was just a 5 minute drive from there. The place was really clean and tidy, Rahul the caretaker was also really helpful. Place had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! The area is also great cause you can just come out the gate and you'll easily get autos and cabs. 10/10 would recommend

This was my second visit and and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was hardly few mins walk to my office. The host Kaniz was empathetic and always responsive. The house looked like the photos. It is closer to my eateries and accessible to many prime locations. I would certainly recommend if you are looking to stay for 2-3 nights. I would certainly go back.

Loved our stay at Atiya’s it’s a proper 1bhk in Bandra West which is hard to find. The great stuff - Self check-in and checkout - Easy access to flat you can come and go anytime - Maid service for home cleaning - Great location Could be better - Maintenance like newer sheets (we had ordered our own from Blinkit since the ones there were a little worn out) - And general overall upgrade specially for the cost to the consumer which comes down was 4.5K per night including BnB fees and taxes

Place is aesthetically beautiful and gave us a very homely vibe the moment we walked in. Everything was clean, and we especially loved the balcony. Everything felt perfect!✨ Just one small suggestion — the TV remote wasn’t working properly. We had to press the buttons multiple times for it to respond. Not a big issue at all, but thought I’d let you know.

The place is easy locate, felt right at home, amazing property and amazing hospitality by Adeel and Faisal. Pros: The behaviour of the hosts The perfect house Very comfortable stay Cons: Locality is very congested and typically far from Bandra and BKC and SoBo if you want to roam around like a first timer. Adeel was the most amazing host, property exactly like in the pics and very accommodative. 5 star to him. Perfect place inside the house if you want to feel at home. We felt very comfortable. Strongly recommend!

We had an awesome experience at this property, the property was easy to find , plus it is exactly what was shown in the photos , the highlight being the balcony a lovely and maintained space to enjoy evenings . The hosts are very kind and responsive. The property is worth the money and is squeaky clean would highly recommend everyone to experience it .

Its was pleasant and cozy stay at topical oasis loved it staff were very nice and cooperative responsive host all the amenities very there as listed tidy place and the hot tub was cherry on top at such a reasonable price much private. Spend most precious time with lot of me memorise 🥰

Second visit for my parents! Great value for money. Would have loved a little more flexibility with check-in and checkout. But we totally understand, as this is a busy neighbourhood with too many bookings. Overall, a good experience.

It is a very nice and cozy place. I travel to Mumbai often, and always try to stay in West Bandra. Beautiful and peaceful area with a lot of places to see, or just walk around. I loved this apartment a lot, it has a unique combination of privacy, but you somehow feel included in the life of the neighborhood. A very nice set up with personal entrance, 'hut' type room with high roof, and wooden window shutters - really cozy and special. Amenities are in good order and very decent. The only thing I was missing is water filter, which I am used to see in Mumbai apartments, though the host or housekeeper was thoughtful to provide several bottles of drinking water when I checked in - much appreciated. The place was clean, no issues whatsoever. The house staff guy who helped me with check in and check out was very friendly and caring, thank you. All in all - highly recommended!
