Our stay at Alexandra's was truly exceptional and completely exceeded all my expectations. The listing promised a peaceful, relaxing, and restful experience, and it delivered on every single count. My husband and I spent Father’s Day weekend here celebrating his birthday, and it was perfect. The location is private, peaceful, and just steps from the beach. Nights were magical with a bright moon, and we were lucky enough to see loggerhead turtles nesting — such a special experience. The home was spotless and full of thoughtful touches like a beach sunshade, stocked kitchen, and even binoculars. Turtle watching was a highlight for me! The late checkout was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more relaxing. We’ll definitely be back!

Gina is a great host. The unit was scheduled for an external maintenance by HOA without exact schedule dates. When the work was begun Gina voluntarily arranged a new unit nearby to move in fear of noise and obstruction of the view for us. The remainder of the stay at the new unit was equally fantastic. She even refunded a portion of money for the inconvenience!!! Amazing and very responsible host! Highly recommend!

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

Quaint little house in the middle of the goat pasture. enjoyed watching the goats and friendly cats who insisted on sharing dinner with us. Bed was a little soft but we made it thru. Josie brought us a hot plate and gave us extra paper towels. nice quiet stay

Amazing property with wonderful hosts! The home seems like a new build and is beautifully decorated in a clean, beachy style that’s perfect for a rental—no clutter or overly personal items, just a very comfortable and well-appointed space. The kitchen was amazing, and we had everything we needed. They even had Keureg coffees stocked. The pool was a huge hit for us! The onnnnly small hang-up was the listing’s mention of both a pool AND hot tub. We learned after booking that the hot tub requires an added daily fee to be heated. That detail wasn’t clearly stated in the listing (only said if you wanted to heat it beyond its “set temp.”) When comparing rental options, it would’ve helped us make a more informed decision. Evenings relaxing and soothing sore muscles was something we’d looked forward to, but the extra cost made it less appealing in the end. We still had a GREAT stay and would absolutely recommend this property—just keep in mind the hot tub isn’t included in the base price.

My family and I booked Scott's place to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and each of my guests had their own private bedroom. The master bedroom was super comfortable and the house in general was cozy and we felt at home. It is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our poodle, Loki and he enjoyed the house too! The screened pool area was the highlight of our time together. We grilled and celebrated my birthday with family, will remember Vero Beach house for years to come! Thanks, Scott for your feedback. Our stay at this beautiful home was perfect! Everything was as pictured, but so much more in person. We were able to relax while watching birds, squirrels, and butterflies outside. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and the thoughtful touches were perfect! The bathroom and bedroom were clean and fresh, the living room cozy, and the outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying some fresh air and listening to the blue jays. Levi was always one step ahead, providing everything we needed to know before I even asked. They have truly taken the time to consider everything their guests could need and want. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved the home. It was extremely spacious and the home had great energy. It was super bright and the outside pool area was set up perfectly. It was an outdoor oasis. The neighborhood isn’t great but their home is by far the nicest and super private so that didn’t matter too much. We absolutely loved this home and the best option in Vero beach!

Gisella's home was lovely. Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes. Looked just like the photos. Very nice screened in pool-heated, although in the 90°+ summer weather of Florida, heat not needed, but I imagine in the winter that would be a big bonus. We had no problems in the home and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood, and in easy driving distance to many local delicious restaurants and shops. Gisella responded promptly to any messages I sent.

Great place and great location will be staying again soon! We were there for Father’s Day and the whole family loved it. Very short drive from the beach and south county park which has a multitude of activities and pickle ball courts. We had so much fun.

Love the area and the beaches! Great weekend get-a-way spot with tons to do locally. Our favorite is to drive the 2 miles to the inlet, park, and walk around to the different restaurants and happy hour spots.

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Get well over what you pay for. We had two children and three adults. So we maxed out the bed limitations and still felt that we had plenty of room but would also fit just a couple nicely! No detail was missed by the host. What a relief it is traveling with kids and know there is beach towels. Bandaids. Soaps and extra soft blankets! Our trip was cut short due to an injury that we had to visit the ER. Kimberly was so so helpful with recommendations and did everything she could to have us feel at home. The neighborhood has a pool, golf course out back with a lake and we even saw a baby bunny out front. The back porch has a private view away from the parking lot. AC is cold. Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are cozy. Lots of extra towel, ceiling fans for those who can’t sleep without it, mirrors with built in lights for those makeup girlys. Water filter in the fridge which helps cut back on waste. She also has someone on sight if any repairs are needed! LOVED LOVED this place!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!
