Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vero Beach

This was a great place to stay. We live in Stuart, and had to move out for renovations. We loved the location! The walkability to everything. Getting up and walking the boardwalk each morning was beautiful and peaceful. Easy to grab a cup of coffee or dinner in just a few minutes. The unit was extremely clean and quiet. We will definitely recommend this to our friends.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

Property was just as described. Marlene is a wonderful host and it is a beautiful property. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely book again.

Diana's place is excellent, location great, super clean, she was very responsive to anything that i needed, would definitely stay here again. Diana is a real super host. Thank you again for everything.

Just what I needed. Cozy

What a peaceful little beach bungalow. 3 minute walk to the beach. So beautifully decorated. Very clean, couldn’t find a speck of dust if you wanted to. My husband and I would stay here again. It was easy to get. Plenty of restaurants to drive to. Comfortable for 2 adults, might be uncomfortable for a family of 4.

We had so much fun staying at Genna’s place! Everything was spotless, and the decorations were so homey and cute! I had to write Genna during our stay, and she wrote back right away! Loved the laundry room right next door with free washer/dryer - that came in handy during our stay! They also have some fun sand toys and a highchair in there! Over all, couldn’t recommend Genna more! She was wonderful, and her place was perfect!!

The location was close to fishing spots. There were no loud train noises. We only had to pay to use the washing machine. The use of the dryer was free. The space had plenty of storage even though the space was smaller. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and great variety of them. There were plenty of plastic containers to use. There was a portable heater to use, but we didn't need it. The air conditioner in the bedroom was very quiet and we could let it run all night without being disturbed. The senior center was in walking distance and we were able to take advantage of the free exercise classes. There was a skatepark across the street and there was a local competition that we were able to watch.

I brought my German family to America/Florida for the first time, and this house exceeded our expectations. They loved the house, pool, walking distance to the beach, and the amazing sea life that swam through the canal (dolphin, turtle, and family of manatees). We had a wonderful visit to Cocoa and this house made them feel at home in our wonderful state. Highly recommend for small family looking for a beach getaway.

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean, comfortable and cozy. We spent a lot of time in the backyard, so it was perfect and fenced in for little ones. It included everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms and beach accessories. Great host and responsive. Check-in and check-out were a smooth process, and expectations were clear and easily accessible. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Beautiful place, perfect for what we needed, and the hosts were very kind and made sure we felt right at home. Would recommend to anybody.

Very simple but really clear and overall great place! The bed was not super comfortable, but this is really the minor thing. The place was great indeed.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well-appointed, with plenty of space for 2 couples. We found the beds to be comfortable and there were plenty of comfortable pillows, blankets, and throws. The house was in a nice residential neighborhood not too far from the main roads in Port St. Lucie. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Jake was an excellent host. Very quick responses to any questions or issues. The AC was not working optimally and Jake did not hesitate to send a technician right away to fix the problem 100%. My group was very pleased. Thanks Jake!

My wife and I stayed for a week for our daughter’s college spring softball games. The property is as described. Clean and well maintained. Jessica is very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Everything that you need in the kitchen was there, from laundry detergent to dishwashing detergent to even coffeemaker and actual coffee and filters. The washed /dryer was extremely useful. Extra linens and towels were provided and bathroom supplies as well.

We had a much needed, relaxing vacation in Yusmany’s condo. The place is well equipped and we especially appreciated the variety of beach towels and equipment since we expected to have to purchase our own. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the proximity to the beach, pool and condo restaurant. Thank you!

Super cool would stay again.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the walk to the beach is a little longer than 10 mins. But apart from that there were many dining options in walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. I was very happy with the cleanliness, a few decorations would make the place a little more cozy, though. All in all I could recommend this place, it's basic, but price and location and cleanliness were great.

this is a cute place right on the beach. I wish we had more time to stay!!! it was very clean with a washer and dryer, 2 coffee makers with coffee , creamer and sugar. I felt like I was at home. this is perfect for families also!

It was great! Great size for the two of us with all the right things--linens, basic toiletries, 2 TVs, internet which was great, nice neighborhood and setting--worked like a charm for anyone accessing Clover Field and Spring Training games!
