Guesthouse holiday rentals in Verde River

The guesthouse was 100% clean. The bed was very comfortable. Jacqueline's instructions were clear, and it was easy to get inside. I was very impressed with the nice touches that were great for guests. There were fresh flowers and a bottle of wine when we arrived. There were lots of power strips, making charging electronics easy. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, sweeteners, etc. There were plenty of utensils, plates, cups, etc. It was a great stay!

Jeremy was a great host and the casita was the perfect landing pad for our first visit to Sedona. The casita was clean, cozy and had all the essentials in the kitchen and bath. Having access to laundry was a perk with lots of hiking activities and managing packing. The casita was a great location and access to local amenities like grocery options and attractions was an easy drive. It is both close enough yet not on top of the more high traffic touristy area. The casita was nicely private and had an amazing outdoor sitting area with a view and close to the airport loop/vortex. My husband and I had a lovely stay in Sedona and look forward to future visits as well. Thanks Jeremy for hosting such a lovely space!

This was my second stay at Heather and Mark’s Airbnb on Josephine Street, and once again, it was absolutely perfect! I was in town for the Whiskey Off-Road, and their place couldn’t have been a better home base. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to everything in downtown Prescott — and just minutes from the event start. The home is spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that make a stay feel easy and relaxing. Heather and Mark are fantastic hosts, communicative, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is just right. I appreciated how seamless check-in and check-out were, and the cozy feel of the house is peaceful and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — it’s become my go-to spot for Whiskey Off-Road weekends. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

Convenient location, felt very private, love the decor. Very cute, quiet, peaceful and lovely spot for our girls trip getaway. Host was very responsive. Easy to find and get in and out. Clear instructions and very clean. Really enjoyed the extensive cooking utensils as we cooked several meals in.

As a single traveler, I enjoyed my stay at Wes's place. The studio was spacious and provided everything I needed. Wes was a very responsive host--when the Keurig coffee maker gave up the ghost, Wes brought a new one to that unit the same day--I appreciated that, as I love my morning coffee! Thanks Wes!

We absolutely adored calling Julia and David’s place “home” during our stay in Sedona. Clean, comfortable, great location, stunning property, and very kind hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

Excellent place to stay. It’s north of Scottsdale in a beautiful area near Boulders Golf Club. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning interior design! It feels so clean, cozy, fresh and new. Which brought a sense of safety! Jadyn and nick responded to anything I asked very quickly, would definitely stay again. The hot tub was already on when we got there so we didn’t have to wait for it to heat up. Great quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash for their guests, this is just one example of them going the extra mile to add to your experience here. Would stay again if I was in the area for another visit!

Lovely, peaceful stay. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Felt right at home, incredibly cozy. Alicia is a wonderful host. She made our trip into a wonderful experience.

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! Great stay. Picked up a few shifts at the hospital and was a 8min walk. So great location. Had everything I needed. Great communication, answered all my questions. If I pick up any more shifts will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Patty’s Oasis in the Desert for 3 nights while in the area cleaning out a storage unit. After a long day of working, coming home to the peaceful rental was so nice! Everything was very clean and comfortable! We had one free day, where we walked around the neighborhood and tried our hand at fishing the local waterways. Patty was nice enough to provide us with the community permission slip to fish the private pond. We also enjoyed some time in the back yard next to the pool before heading out for the evening. Would definitely recommend this location and would stay there again if we make our way back to Arizona!

This facility and accommodations are above and beyond what we had expected if we ever get back into her neck of the woods we will plan our vacations around the available dates of her accommodations it was spectacular she is a wonderful host I can’t thank her enough forOutstanding accommodations for making this a spectacular vacation

This is a nice place to stay during a brief visit to Sedona. Most of the best attractions are within short driving distances. Also, the neighborhood offers many conveniences. Our hosts made great recommendations and responded instantly when we needed help with something. We enjoyed our stay.

Brian's place was bright, cheery, and welcoming! The studio set up was well done - there was enough space to relax, prepare and eat meals. The neighborhood felt safe and it was within walking distance to restaurants and a brewpub. Communication was fast and efficient.

We love staying here. We felt very comfortable and it was a nice place to relax after a long day of walking. The toiletries were more than enough for 4 days for a family of 2 adults and a toddler. I personally love the make up remover wipes. it also was at a very central location. almost everything we did was about 15 min drive.

Donna’s place was exactly as described and the perfect spot to stay. The bedding and couch were super comfortable, and it was a nice touch being able to swivel the TV to watch from bed. The location was also ideal—just 10–15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in town. Donna also gave great recommendations on food spots and things to do, which made our trip even better. We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Phoenix.

Caroline was very kind from all interactions to meeting her, as they live next door! Made us feel right at home and comfortable with staying across the country. This place is a GEM--you need to stay here if you're visiting this area! We will always remember our Arizona trip and smile because of this great experience. (Pictures do not do it justice at all!)
