Waterfront holiday rentals in Verde River

What an amazing hidden gem. I absolutely love staying here. Its private, peaceful, and safe. I love that its right next to the lake and very close to all shopping/restaurants. Kerrie is an amazing host and always responsive when I need something. This has become my little home away from home. They have a beautiful gazebo outside which you can enjoy the amazing views and peaceful surroundings.

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

This property and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning! It’s such a serene and relaxing place and we were sad to leave! Troy and Katherine were very accommodating and the loft was comfortable and cozy. It was a perfect place for a little getaway and we definitely want to come back.

Beautiful apt just like the pictures

We had a wonderful stay in Tiko’s place! Any hiccups we experienced were dealt with in a timely manner and handled with grace. We enjoyed the apartment, the useful amenities, and the location.

Our stay at Steve and Shirley’s place was absolutely wonderful! They thought of every detail. Shirley’s response time was immediate. Directions to the location were spot on. Instructions during our time of stay were clear and left nothing to question. Although, if we had a question Shirley would have been ready to answer! The location is quite a treat! The amount of love Steve put into building such a beautiful property is apparent. The way the nearby river was diverted onto their property to create calming flows of water in different areas of the grounds, and eventually into a pond was masterfully done. My husband and I enjoyed exploring the area taking in all the details of the property. My favorite place was the hot tub hut which was open to the views and the sounds of nature! We would hands down stay here or in one of the other rentals again!

Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time at the house. Very big house, beautiful views. Close to downtown Sedona.

This was our second time having the pleasure to stay at Darryl’s place. We feel very at home here. It is peaceful, unique and just perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and we don’t need to bring our own towels or linens because his are perfect! We love having coffee on the back patio overlooking the river. We enjoyed plenty of wildlife, including our favorite crane. We brought our own records this time to enjoy and enjoyed a romantic dinner at the wonderful Moscato Italian restaurant again! We stayed here for one week on a family vacation and really loved this place. The location is great as it is close to everything but also at the same time feels secluded and private away from everything. The property is beautiful and special with a beautiful garden and great private access to the creek which alone makes everything worth it. The house is also very nice and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Would definitely love to stay here again one day,

This cabin has been by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Aaron was very helpful and communicated very clearly. The cabin was fully stocked with all necessary supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, detergent and trash bags. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The real gem was the outdoor patio, absolutely breathtaking views and very cozy. We are definitely looking forward to booking Aaron’s cabin again.

We had a great weekend. Our boys (age 5 & 7) had so much fun playing corn hole, exploring the creek and swinging in the tree swing. The home is beautiful- perfect place for a peaceful relaxing weekend.

It’s so refreshing to go to an Airbnb that really accommodates and seems to love your dogs! We took 2 human kiddos too, but having dog bowls, a fenced yard, etc. for the dogs really stood out. It’s hard to find Airbnb’s that are dog-friendly and I get it. But I also think most of us are trying really hard to make sure our pups are welcome back! Also appreciated how well labeled and supplied the entire place was but especially the kitchen! Another thing we noticed worth mentioning is that there were no strong scents (on either linens or like plug ins) but the house was so clean it didn’t need them and we appreciate not being blown away with artificial fragrance! Bob was super responsive and easy to contact. This location is close to Payson but “remote” enough to feel peaceful and quiet. Overall 10/10 would recommend and I’m guessing each of Bob’s listings is up to the same standard!

We loved our stay in Rimrock, it's great location for exploring Beaver Creek, Sedona, and Montezuma's Well near by. We enjoyed the cabin very much, it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The creek access in the backyard was nice and we also enjoyed walking to the small park with our young children.

Only a few hours north of Phoenix is this hidden gem. Very secluded quiet property. Lucious and green with the creek in the background. The home is huge and has everything you need to accommodate a large party. We loved the antique decor and really gives home a lovely old fashioned feel. We came for a girls getaway, but we definitely will be back with our families!

Beautiful apartment and perfect location. The photos do not do it justice - the apartment was so spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

My only comment would be that it is a north facing condo. The patio is on the north side. It is ground level which is great and right near the pool, great! However it was hard to open the blinds as everyone that walks by can see right in. Hard to let even the natural light in without the occasional spectator. It is the perfect place otherwise, with two beds and baths.

My stay here was amazing! It’s in a very walkable area and local to a lot of great places to eat. It felt very safe and secure. The condo was incredibly clean, and the airplane noise mentioned in the description was not even an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful and I slept great! Bed was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The area was clean and quiet, which I always appreciate. Both Ted and Spencer left explicit instructions for me. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Phoenix.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – You HAVE to Book Evan’s Airbnb! Wow, where do I even begin? This was hands down one of the most comfortable and well-stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home — but even better! Evan has thought of everything, from the extra amenities to the little touches that made our stay so convenient and relaxing. Alan was super responsive and made sure l had everything I needed. It was comfortable for a long stay and the shared dog area in the back made it super easy to let the dog out.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!

Me and daughters traveled to Arizona for my oldest college graduation. Marissa and Jason’s place is 15 minutes from ASU as well as many restaurants. The location is approximately 20 minutes from the mall. The home feels warm and inviting. We arrived early, Marissa and Jason allowed us to check in early! The place was squeaky clean. We had plenty of linen for the 4 days that we were there. Me and my husband are planning to travel back to the area. We will definitely book again with Marissa and Jason.
