Comfortable 56 m2 chalet including: On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) open to the living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: One bedroom with a 140 cm bed + closet, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + closet. Linens are not provided in the cottage. Cleaning at the end of the lease is the responsibility of the tenants.

Authentic alpine chalet called "Le Veillou" dating from 1931 and which was once used as a surveillance post for the first ski slopes of VILLARD-DE-LANS. the cottage is in a very quiet area surrounded by woods with walking trails in the forest 200 meters away. Covered outdoor terrace with sofa and armchair for good relaxation. We are 45 minutes from the first ski resorts. Our home is 10 meters away so we will advise you if necessary and will be very responsive if there are any issues. Everything is planned so you can have a good stay with peace of mind. All you have to do is book 😊

Petit chalet avec vue sur le Vercors. Idéal pour randonner A 7 kms du col de l'Arzelier, proche de Gresse en vercors 10 kms, à 25 kms du lac de Monteynard et à 13 kms de Monestier de Clermont (où se situent les commerces : intermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie...) Animaux non acceptés. Pour tout chargement de vehicule électrique, merci de me prévenir. En effet la location ne comprend pas la recharge.
