A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

Perfect stay for a couple. A car is required to get around. I wouldn't recommend trying to do the trip without a car. The views of Monaco from the dining room are amazing. Air conditioning works well and host is nice. Overall 9/10

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

This place is an experience. The house has been decorated with a lot of taste and love. Historic building fabric meets design classics and modern coziness. We especially liked the many inspiring images. But the most beautiful is the spectacular view from the glazed conservatory and from the roof terrace into the green hills and mountains. Perinaldo is very pretty and has a considerable infrastructure for its size with shops and recommended restaurants. We felt very comfortable at Casa Garibaldi and would stay here again immediately.

Very good location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. Excellent modern villa. There are 6 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, two of which have no windows. There is a large adjoining territory with a swimming pool where you can have a great time with a large group of people. Access to the villa and to the sea without a car is difficult. The access road to the villa is for fairly experienced drivers.

Very nice little quiet apartment, well arranged with an exceptional panoramic view. Aisha, always very welcoming and helpful with always these little attentions to her guests. We'll definitely be back.

Very welcoming house and in tune with the atmosphere of old Bussana. Comfortable, clean accommodation; nice terrace overlooking Bussana. Ingrida was very helpful, she allowed us to put the bikes in a safe place.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Marco's and Paola'a house is beautiful, well equipped, with spacious garden and we had amazing time. Paola is the most friendly and warm host you can imagine. The region is great too, with number of attractions to visit just a short ride away. The only lowlight for us was mosquitoes, even that I have taken some sprays nothing worked, only the over the beds nets, so my advise to start using them straight away as this traditional way against them. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again, grazie mille :)

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The apartment and the large terrace are beautiful. We will remember the breakfasts on the terrace with this exceptional view overlooking the sea and the old town of Menton, the cry of the seagulls and the little sea breeze. You can leave the car safely in the villa's enclosed car park and discover the old town every day by improvising a walking route through a maze of alleys and stairs with crazy charm. In the evening, after a good restaurant in town (thanks to Michaelle's advice), we explore another route and, as we approach the villa, we are greeted by a real concert of frogs and toads in a valley below, then the calm of the villa with the lights in the distance on the Riviera. Staying in this villa in Menton is simply beautiful and the only regret is having to leave on the last day!

Antonello is a great host, incredibly friendly and reliable. The apartment is beautiful in a beautiful village with an unbeatable view! The accommodation is well maintained and we immediately felt very comfortable. We would love to come back and can only recommend this accommodation from the heart!

Roni’s place was perfect for us. We were looking for a bright clean space so that my wife could draw, and I could write and able to punctuate our work with close brasseries and great restaurants. We settled in within minutes and the three days we spend in the flat was just right. We had dinner on the balcony as the sun set, which was a highlight. It is only two blocks away from the Tram so easy to get to and from the airport and two blocks away from the Old City. Thanks for a good Mediterranean break. Cheers Doug & Di

It was a really relaxing accommodation. As described, the surrounding environment had a beach right in front and restaurants with good ratings. The accommodation was tidy and had all the necessary amenities. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy my trip so comfortably.
