The photos don’t do this apartment justice! We had a lovely stay, the flat was well located and was easy to find and get into. Romy gave clear instructions and was very flexible :) would definitely recommend!

We had the most fantastic stay and hope to be back this December. The location was amazing with the bakery right outside the door, the market a two minute walk and the beach 5mins away. The little streets and lovely neighbours. The property itself was incredibly decorated and every little space has been thought about and used. Carine was great responding to any questions before, during and after our arrival, a lovely welcoming lady. Couldn’t recommend enough x

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! A gorgeous view in a lovely part of town. The host was very helpful with check in and recommendations. The accommodations were very thoughtful. The balcony is perfect for morning and evening relaxing. I highly recommend this rental. So easy to get to Old Nice and Ville Franche Sur Mer.

Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little accommodation, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located close to the train station and the sea. I recommend it.

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village centre and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. The house is perfectly located. There is a lot to do and still have your peace and quiet. Very nice place for all kinds of things. We would come back!

We were delighted with the generosity and amenities of the apartment. Everything was there, even packaged food and drinks for the first day. The view from the terrace to the sea is very beautiful and the location of the apartment in an old village is very quiet. Parking was easy thanks to Camilla's directions. The area is perfect for hiking and (e-)cycling. All in all, a wonderful week in Costa Rica!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. No hustle and bustle, just nature and animal sounds, good for relaxing and lingering. Manuela put a lot of effort into putting together a great book with local excursion and rest stops. Very nice and helpful. Thank you, it was great.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. Thank you Bartolomeo and thank you Vallecrosia.

Very good location for hiking or cycling. In the evening, the location is not optimal for strolling, drinking cocktails or anything like that. You always have to drive down to the promenade by car. Parking is about 50 meters from the house. The kitchen could use more sockets. All necessary appliances are available (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), unfortunately not usable together as there are too few sockets in the kitchen. Perhaps extension cords with multiple sockets would be useful. In the evening, it is nice and quiet in the village and a pleasant fresh wind blows. In the village itself, there are 2 exclusive restaurants (no pizzeria) with very good food. Reservation required! In addition, there is a take away, which you have to pre-order the food. Lots of cats and dogs. A typical Mediterranean mountain village. Along the coast to the west, beautiful villages. Monaco and Nice are also not far away. Sanremo is a very nice place to shop.

Marco's and Paola'a house is beautiful, well equipped, with spacious garden and we had amazing time. Paola is the most friendly and warm host you can imagine. The region is great too, with number of attractions to visit just a short ride away. The only lowlight for us was mosquitoes, even that I have taken some sprays nothing worked, only the over the beds nets, so my advise to start using them straight away as this traditional way against them. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again, grazie mille :)

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

The house itself is great, very comfortable, and the view is beautiful. Roberta is a superb host, very kind and responsive, she helped me twice very quickly, while leaving a lot of personal space. I can only recommend this accommodation, superb house, superb host, superb environment.

Pleasant residence and well-kept apartment, with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It is an excellent starting point for discovering the Ligurian coast from Ventimiglia to Noli. The relationship with the host and his family was very caring. This gave us an excellent week's vacation. I would highly recommend this stay.
