15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Quiet vacation apartment

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

All Comfort apartment, This apartment price does not include a premium card Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only rented from Saturday to Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

The 55 m² apartment ‘Sonnenuntergang’ is beautifully situated in the hiking and skiing area Pfelders in the Passeier valley (Val Passiria). The charming apartment next to Guesthouse Zeppichl offers a mountain view and consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate 2-5 people.
