The property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and the home was well stocked with every item we needed. The host was always available and responded very quickly to our questions. This property was well worth the requested fee. We would stay here again during future visits to the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb home. The house was spotless and exactly as described. Although the pool was small, it was cozy and perfect for relaxing. The heater was always on, making it a lovely spot to unwind. What really impressed us was the safety feature around the pool - a secure gate that prevented our toddler and dog from accessing the pool unsupervised. This gave us huge peace of mind. One of the rooms had a clever setup with two twin beds, and one of them had a convenient slide-on feature that allowed it to convert into a king-sized bed. It was super easy to assemble and worked perfectly for us. The house had everything we needed, and its location just nine minutes from the beach was ideal. We enjoyed collecting shark teeth and spending quality time together as a family. Overall, we had a wonderful long weekend, and I'd highly recommend this home to others, especially those with young children or pets.

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! This home was just as pictured and squeaky clean! My friends and I went for a girls weekend and absolutely loved our stay. We enjoyed all of the space and definitely enjoyed the pool and the game room very much. Ewelina was an amazing host. Always very responsive and helpful.

The house is exactly like the pictures! Very nice and clean, the pool was great. The host has a lot of fun stuff for the beach as well which comes in handy.

Eric’s home is a beautiful themed beach home in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well equipped with everything that a family with children needs on vacation. Plenty of pool/beach towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys and even a sifter for finding lots of shark teeth! Plenty of gorgeous beaches are within a 20 min drive. While not at beaches, the kids enjoyed the pool and all the lizards outside! Bonus was the cleanliness of the home and the comfort of the beds. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay with an even better host! Double checked that this is what we wanted for our honeymoon and then supported us by providing local things to do and restaurants. He was very responsive and helpful. We loved the private pool out back and the light in it made for a fun night swim! We did most of our activities in Sarasota, but it was an easy drive and for the days we stayed at the house, it felt just like home. Had everything we needed for cooking and all the toiletries you could ever need. Even had a nice little grill out by the pool! The garage was nice and included beach chairs, umbrellas, a couple buckets, and a colander for sifting sand. The place was so peaceful and serene, with birds and lizards out by the lake.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood. We chose for the location, close to family we were visiting for graduation, and the home exceeded our expectations. The home is very spacious and clean, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen without feeling like it's cluttered. we had 5 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog, and never felt crowded. The patio and pool area are wonderful, providing both sunny and shady spots to be outdoors. Very close to North Port Connector trail, which was a great place for morning walks. This home is like a little oasis with the pool, and enclosed fence. While we were there to visit family, could see this as a great location for balancing day trips to various beaches and good R&R. Katia was very responsive to questions, providing both a number to call/text and the airbnb ap.

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and stores. Rhi and Michael were very responsive. We had some issues with the pool & hot tub and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. They also worked with us on an early check in. The no pet fee is also a very nice bonus! The dock & paddle boat was a fun added touch. My husband was surprised by a decently large lizard (about 3 ft) sun bathing on the dock. The dock is surrounded by trees so you can’t see it until you get down to it. We also saw plenty tiny lizards outside & also one in the house. The bicycles were fun too, i only wish there were 4 so we all could have gone on a bike ride together. The only other constructive criticism i have is some of the appliances could use to be updated as well as the kitchen sink/faucet. Also, the outside tiki area/tables n chairs needs to be added into the cleaning routine before guests check in. Saved 4 future stays!

Rob’s house was great! Great location to restaurants and the beach. And 10 mins to Fox Lea Farm if you are going to show!! If I had a question he responded right away. Very clean and nice! Would definitely stay again!!

We are returned guests. The house is amazing. The pool is lovely. It’s close to area where we like to go and she was very responsive to all of our questions.

Loved this spacious home! Because of a recent downpour, pool needed attention. Galina sent the pool guy out immediately!!! She even checked back with us to make sure he came and cleaned the pool!!

This was a great home for our family of six. We hope to return again.

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Neighborhood was in a great location, close to everything. Venice beach is only about 3 miles away and the public beach access and parking facilities were great. We went to the beach after 4:00pm and stayed until sunset (around 8:15pm) and it wasn’t too crowded and there was sufficient parking. The house is very spacious, clean, and feels comfy and roomy. Beach towels, wagon, umbrella, and shell sifting tools were available for use which was very convenient and appreciated. We loved everything about our stay and will book again with no hesitation whenever we are visiting the area.

We just stayed for Father’s Day weekend and it was incredible! Super easy check in, very clean environment and absolutely adorable room. This was such a treat compared to living in the city. My family and I will absolutely be coming back to stay at Pat’s Farm Stay! The horses are very friendly - Asim was the sweetest boy ever, the sheep, pig and cats were an added bonus. 10/10 recommend! What an amazing find and would highly recommend to anyone. A beautiful, peaceful location and a beautiful home which I can only describe as homely and pristine. The host was extremely professional and friendly. I cannot stress to anyone else that this Airbnb is fabulous and worth every penny.

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

A very comfortable stay for our group of four for a competitive rate too. We loved the modern amenities spacious layout of the property.
