Beach condo holiday rentals in Venice

home was very clean and cozy!! everything was in walking distance and close to the beach, restaurants and shops were walkable distance 😊

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The place looked just like the pictures. It truly put us at ease how clean the place was and smelled. It was well stocked with everything you would need. And our kids loved the scooters!! The host and his Dami definitely put the love into their property and it was felt! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic location on quieter area of beach but still walkable to the Village restaurants. Comfortable bed, huge shower. Loved our stay!

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s away from the crowds of Siesta Beach, but still close to everything. The setting is beautiful and the property has everything you could need. We hope to visit again soon!

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

Great location! Beach was steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Our stay was amazing. The condo is roomy beautiful and so many extras that I have never had at an Airbnb before. Beds super comfortable. Pool was so refreshing, clean and hardly anyone there except for us. Fishing dock was really nice! Lots of fish to see and schools of snook close to shore feeding on the minnows. We fished the end of the dock and my older son caught a nice trout, snapper and a bunch of snook that were too small to keep but still fun to catch. We saw dolphins in the distance feeding every night off the end of the dock. My older son and his wife life in Port Charlotte. We have stayed at 3 other condos and I can finally say we found the place we like the best for our visits. I met a very sweet lady named Sheila down on the dock and she is an owner. She really cares about the complex and who comes around, who is supposed to be there and who isn't. Owners deserve to feel safe and have everyone follow the rules. We absolutely loved our stay and def will be back.

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

This was my families second time staying at Kevin and Missy’s condo. Our family fell in love with it last September and we had to come back. We hope to visit again soon as the location is beautiful and the condo has everything we could ever dream of.

Great spot in Anna Maria. The location is great, walkable to shops & restaurants. The space is as described with good images of each room. Impeccably clean, beautiful space. The only downside is that it’s not right on the beach. The unit provides a clear side view of the beach, but the unit is not located directly beachside. But still a wonderful place to stay, we would go back in a heartbeat. Communication was terrific with immediate responses, including delivering new beach chairs in less than 30 minutes after ours broke. Great communication. One point to take note of, if you’re staying for more than a day or two, you will need to pick up some supplies (dish soap, clothes detergent etc). They leave a starter kit, bit nothing more. If you’re planning to use the kitchen, you will need to bring everything with you (salt, spices, oil, butter etc). Overall a great space and very responsive hosts.

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We had a wonderful stay at Ammey’s place. The location was perfect. It was close to all of the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street, it was an easy walk down the beach to other restaurants located right on the beach. It wasn’t far to Coquina Beacb and my husband enjoyed the walking/running path there. The condo was well appointed for our group of 4 people and would easily fit three couples. The extra beach umbrellas you can rent from Ammey were so convenient. There were plenty of chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to AMi.

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!

This was our second year staying here. The view is amazing!! It is very clean and well stocked.

What a wonderful stay we had here in Anna Maria! The condo was well located on the island and just a short golf cart away from shops and restaurants. We could hear, see, and feel the ocean and sea breeze from the Condo porch. The pool is large and warm. The beach is beautiful and you can walk as long as you want to along the ocean. The unit was clean, well stocked etc. Really my only wish was that the check in process was just through digital combo. We had to stop by a rental office to get an envelope and it seemed a little unnecessary. Not a huge deal, but it kept our concierge from being able to stock our unit ahead of us in the end. If we had just been sent the instructions and combo code ( which was written on the envelope and easily could have been messaged digitally) it would have shamed us some hassle. That didn't spoil our trip though! We loved it. We definitely would rent this unit again. Thank you so much!
