Holiday rentals with a patio in Venezia

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Alessio’s place was great! Short walk to most places. Bus and train close by so easy to get to Venice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very thorough in explaining things and recommended several good restaurants to eat at. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay.

We had a nice stay at this two-level apartment in Mestre! The place was actually more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient — there were frequent buses to Venice, a good and affordable restaurant just around the corner, and a supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and shutters not closing properly, but he came over promptly and fixed everything. Overall, a great base for exploring Venice while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Mestre.

Absolutely amazing apartment! From the neighborhood, fine interior decorations, comfortable bedding and a VERY hospitable host, we couldn’t find any flaws in this flat. Highly recommend! Magalie has been a quintessential host among all the Airbnb properties we have stayed at. Our host provided recommendations on sights, restaurants, water taxi service, and more. I cannot say enough about how extraordinary this experience was in Venice because of Magalie. Highly recommend!! We plan to return to Venice and hope to stay at this incredible apartment again.

We are thrilled with choice we made to stay here. This Airbnb was so comfortable.. It was spacious and had more than enough bathrooms. It was pristine and clean. It had a traditional Venetian style yet had modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen. The location was ideal. It was so easy to get around. We were near restaurants and water taxis. The stores were steps away. I highly recommend this location and this particular Airbnb. The host was excellent. Anytime we had a question we were met with a quick and informative response. Also great suggestions. We are forever grateful. Thank you for helping us to make wonderful memories in Venice.

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautiful, large and quiet. There are so many windows in the apartment and we can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset inside it! Amazing. The location of the apartment is excellent as well. We took the Alilaguna boat from the airport to Guglie, and just 5 mins walk to get to the apartment. And when we left, just took 10 mins walk to Venice St Lucia Station. Everything is so convenient. Definitely a great choice to live inside the Venice island!

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Overall, the stay was great. My grandson and I participated in the offered glassblowing lessons, and we enjoyed the experience.

Nice place, good restaurant round the corner

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. L'host é molto reattivo e collaborativo, flessibile nell'orario d check-in. L'appartamento ha uno stile antico e ben curato, molto spazioso, con una splendida terrazza. La posizione é ottimale, a due passi dalla fermata del vaporetto San Samuele. Nel complesso un' esperienza positiva.

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

Desde el primer contacto, la comunicación fue impecable, clara y muy rápida. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la calidez y la atención genuina de Apollo y Diana. Son unos anfitriones supremamente atentos y amables, que tienen en cuenta hasta el más mínimo detalle y lo hacen con un afecto que te hace sentir verdaderamente bienvenido. ¡Su hospitalidad se siente desde el momento de la llegada! El apartamento es una maravilla: grande, cómodo y muy lindo, decorado con excelente gusto. Además, estaba impecablemente aseado, lo que siempre es un plus enorme. La ubicación es ideal para viajeros, ya que está muy cercano a la estación de tren, facilitando muchísimo el acceso a cualquier punto. ¡No encontramos una mejor experiencia en toda Europa! Recomendamos a Apollo y Diana al 1000% sin dudarlo. Sehr schön und sauber, ausgezeichnet. Ruhige Lage, im Erdgeschoss mit Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft, hat auch kleinen Garten für die Kinder zum spielen, top. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wurden auch mit Kekse und Süßes empfangen. Hat auch Kaffee und Milch beim Empfang. Sehr nett! Danke!

Christian is a great host we have spent some spectacular days in his apartment, very clean and the terrace is the best, and very close to Piazza San Marco, I would definitely not hesitate to stay next time.

The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
