Modern styled double room next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. The room shares a bathroom with another bedroom, and is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable holiday.

The guesthouse is situated in Venice, providing accommodation just 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 800 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a fridge, a Smart TV, Free Wifi and a private bathroom with a shower. Sheets and towels are provided in the guesthouse rooms.

Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock and takes place at a partner hotel (distance 700 meters). City tax of 3€ pppn not included and shall be paid in cash at arrival.
