Our house is located in a very quiet location with wonderful views of the Großvenediger, in just 5 minutes drive you are in the center of Neukirchen am GrV. or Wald in Pinzgau. The free ski bus takes guests to the Wildkogelbahn, El Dorado for skiers and snowboarders and with the "probably longest illuminated natural toboggan run in the world“ (14 km). We are therefore an ideal starting point for mountain hikers, skiers, cross-country skiers, cyclists and mountain bikers, or of course motorcyclists.

The apartment, including the Hohe Tauern Sommercard, is located in a beautiful nature reserve with a view of the mountains. At 5 min drive is the 1st ski area and trails run close to our house. The area is suitable for both summer and winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and people who want to make trips. From our house there are several beautiful hiking opportunities, including to a waterfall. You can also enjoy in our garden or on your own balcony. Additional 3p room bookings are available.

Electricity and space heating come from renewable energies (solar and photovoltaic) and wood. You can charge your electric-car for free (11 KW)!

The guesthouse Hölzlbauer is located in a quiet location at about 1700 meters of altitude and is the perfect starting point, whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press and allows an uncomplicated one to enter the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hikes or mountain bike tour in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car (there is a savings market at the lift station in winter).
