Truly beautiful place and people.

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

We had a fantastic stay at Sonja's beautiful home, which was perfect for two couples. It's rare to find a place with two bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, but this one exceeded expectations. The decor is elegant and inviting, with thoughtful touches throughout. What sets this Airbnb apart are the amenities. Sonja goes above and beyond — from a welcome gift of fruit and champagne to a generous stock of essentials that many other rentals overlook: coffee pods, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, towels, and more. While the house is tucked away in the charming village of Plan de la Tour, the road leading there is narrow and winding. Driving it during the day was manageable, but we a little tricky at night. In fact, we accidentally ended up in a ditch, but it led to meeting some of Sonja’s kind and helpful neighbors who came to our rescue. Sonja lives next door, but she was respectful of our privacy and never intrusive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Roberto was also a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

We had the most incredible stay at this villa in Cannes-perched in a peaceful area yet just minutes from the heart of the city, with breathtaking views of the coastline. The villa itself is absolutely massive, with more than enough space for a large group or family. The outdoor area is just as impressive - a large terrace, manicured garden, and a private pool that overlooks the sea. The addition of the tennis court was a bonus- we used it daily. Whether you're relaxing in the spacious lounge, enjoying a meal al fresco, or watching the sunset from the terrace every moment here feels special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience.

Claire’s Villa is lovely, peaceful and really well equipped. We felt right at home. The master bedroom bed was soo comfortable (the other bed also looked comfy but we didn’t use it!) We stayed in November so obviously didn’t use the pool but we were still able to sit on the veranda to have coffee in the sunshine and even had a morning of sunbathing in the pretty terraced garden As many others have said, the walk into St Paul was not for the faint hearted but once you get to know the bends in the road and which side to walk on it’s ok, but it’s just short of 900m each way so maybe not for everyone. Comfy sofa and Netflix was perfect for after dinner lounging! Thank you Claire!

This is the place to stay if you love France!

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

Perfect stay for 6 people and dogs. Close to Nice/Monaco/Cannes/Grasse/Valbonne. Host was quick to respond to minor complaints. Umbrella and vacuum cleaner was broken, new ones brought next day! Good service and friendly. Wonderful garden and swimming pool. Air conditioning was also very welcome with high temperatures during our stay!

The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Manon was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived Manon greeted us with fresh pastries, fruit and wine, and gave us loads of information and recommendations for the area. The accommodation itself was stunning, spacious and clean, and the decor and artwork were incredible. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything we could possibly need was supplied, and even things we didn't know we needed! I would return in a heartbeat to this beautiful villa😊 Thanks Manon!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

This beautiful home in Tourrettes-sur-Loup was a wonderful place to stay. I visited with six other adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy privacy and comfort. Although the weather was a bit too chilly to use the pool, it created a serene and picturesque backyard, framed by a tall privacy hedge that added to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is a bit of a distance from the airport, and with only one rental car, Uber rides to and from Old Nice were somewhat pricey—but that was really the only downside. I truly appreciated the quiet surroundings, the sense of safety, and the overall charm of this well-built, elegant chateau. A relaxing and memorable experience.

Dorina's place was a perfect stay for our family while we visited Monaco. It looked exactly like the pictures posted, and was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and outdoor areas, and the VIEW! Careful with delivery services and Uber, as the address listed does not come to the gate, only the end of the driveway (we learned that the hard way, but thankfully had a great Uber driver). Dorina was responsive and helpful at all times, even came to fix a few things that weren't working quite right after we arrived.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Villa d’Azur is exactly as advertised but better. The house is large with plenty of spaces to gather as a group or be by yourself. The grounds are beautiful and view from the back terrace is amazing. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable including the soda bed which we used for a couple of nights when there were eight people in our group. The entire house was recently renovated so everything is modern and works well. Gary is a very responsive host, answering all our questions before booking and providing a complete house manual before our arrival. We had a couple small problems soon after we arrived and he called back within minutes and helped us troubleshoot the issue and sent someone to repair the problem right away

I really enjoyed staying at Ale's villa in vence. This Airbnb exceeded all of my expectations, and it's even better in person. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, the villa and amenities itself was also amazing, and the location is not too far from other areas of the South of France if you have a car Overall, I would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone to stay here for the quintessential south of france experience.

We had a great stay at Julien's house. The heated pool is a very appreciable luxury. The whole family was very responsive to our needs during our stay. We will come back next year with great pleasure. Thank you very much!!

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic views and a great place to use as a base

In an idyllic setting, the house offers quality services: bedding, private bathrooms, practical and widely equipped kitchen for 7, a terrace with an exceptional view. We'll be happy to go back!
