Het Muurhuusje is an authentic house located on the Vischmarkt and is built against the old city wall of Harderwijk. There is a possibility to get from the house to the top of the city wall, where there is a small sitting area. Within walking distance, you will find many restaurants, a boulevard with beach and harbor, a cozy city center with shops and restaurants. The Dolphinarium is within walking distance. From this accommodation, you can do all kinds of activities. Free parking is included in the booking.

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
