Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. Relax in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with a cozy wood stove and lovely sofas.
