The vacation apartment (60 m²) is located about 13 km from downtown Kassel. There is a very good connection to public transport. The Regio-Tram [regional tram] runs directly to the city center of Kassel in 20 minutes. The Regional Express runs directly to Wilhelmshöhe train station in 11 minutes. The train station is about 600 m away. The apartment is in the basement of the house and has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed as well as kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private terrace.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and upon arrival you will be able to gaze far into the valley into nature and leave your everyday life behind you. Treat yourself to a break in our 'LANDzeit'. With a few steps, you'll be in the middle of forest and meadow valleys. Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

The 4-room apartment was renovated in April 2024 and equipped as a vacation home for up to 4 people. From this centrally located place, you will be on the R1 bike path on the Fulda in no time. In the village, you can walk to a generation-run inn and enjoy great food with great service. It is a whole apartment (approx. 72 square meters) with balcony (approx. 12 square meters) on the 2nd floor. From the apartment and balcony you have a wonderful distant view to the landmark of Kassel, "the Hercules." The center of Kassel can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Bus stops (buses run every 15-20 minutes) can be reached in 5 minutes.

Whilst our place is located in a quiet area of town ideal for a stroll around the nearby fields it, is also well connected to public transport with easy 20min access to the centre. The studio flat is part of a family home with a separate front entrance. Access to the outside dining and bbq area can be arranged upon request. Two supermarkets are within 10min walking distance for self-catering in the fully equipped kitchen.
