We planned this trip with our college buds and I have come back with a very good experience, and a much higher urge to stay at this place again! This place is surrounded with full greenery and river. Quite place who wants to enjoy nature. We have access to the river which is going via this property. Good place for early morning walk with one side river and other side tea estate.

The property was very beautiful and scenic.The nights had a really good vibe.The breakfasts provided were very delicious ,wish they could provide lunch as well. My only disappointment were the lack of activities to do around.The elephant safari, would not recommend and the boating tickets, u need to book way in advance ,But however just spending time solely in this place is good enough to immerse yourself in pure nature.

What a beautiful home! So serene, calm and beautiful views throughout. Mithun has really put a lot of thought into every aspect which is really appreciated. Getting to the stay is easiest by car as it's a slightly steep hilly walk, though a very pleasant one. The whole place is bright and airy, with stunning views yet very private. Yeshu, the kindly caretaker was around to help as best he could. The stay has no TV which I felt was a plus as you can really enjoy the stay while you're there, and Mithun has left lots of activities (badminton set, dart board) to keep guests entertained. Great suggestions for nearby food places, though I'd also suggest trying the real local smaller eateries where we had some really great food. Overall I'd recommend this stay, well worth it. We had a comfortable stay at HOME and kumily , and the best part is its proximity to major tourist locations, which made our travel very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a food processor, cooking utensils, water filter, and fridge — which made meal preparation easy and smooth. The two bedrooms we used were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. However, one of the rooms had been remodeled with a wooden partition, which we personally didn’t prefer, so we opted not to use it. The only concern during our stay was the lack of AC and ventilation. While the weather was cool enough to manage, we feel that installing an AC or enhancing ventilation could make the stay even more comfortable, especially during warmer months. That said, overall, the facilities were top-notch, and we appreciated the peaceful ambiance and accessibility of the property. We’ve left the used utensils behind for cleaning, as instructed.
