One of our favorite stays ever! A neat, roomy, very well equipped apartment in a quiet mountain town a short drive from Slovenia’s amazing hiking trails . . . Some are even walkable from the apartment. Bojan (and his mother :) were wonderful hosts: friendly, responsive and very helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Alja is a welcoming, available and very caring host. His explanations were precise and made our travels easier. The accommodation is impeccably clean with a magnificent view of the Triglav mountains. It has the necessary equipment to cook and feel good. It is suitable for 2 people. For those who stay more than a week and/or like to cook, you should know that the kitchen space is limited (small hotplate), but corresponds to the description of the accommodation. We stayed there for 12 days and everything went very well. His Bezeg syrup is delicious. A big thank you to Alja who deserves 5 for her hospitality and her many personalised attentions. We will be happy to come back!!! Recommended without hesitation.

Great accommodation with a beautiful view of the countryside. Uncomplicated hosts, with whom the check in and out worked without any problems. The accommodation is highly recommended if you want to spend your holiday close to nature and in a quiet environment.

This place is a perfect house to explore bled from. You can walk to everything but it’s in a quiet neighborhood tucked away from the business of town in summer. The house is beautiful - great outdoor spaces on decks and in the yard. The kitchen is really nice and well appointed and even has a great coffee machine. Host is fantastic - friendly and kind and great communicator.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

The view from Maya’s house is amazing…just like the pictures. The house is full of antiques and is so homey and unique. We did the walk around the lake, and you can start right from the house. Maya was an amazing host— so helpful and responsive to all of our questions! If you have a car, I highly recommend this place. It is a just a short drive into town, and is in a very peaceful location. One tip: We came in on a Saturday evening and all grocery stores in the town are closed on Sundays, so just be aware of that. (Restaurants are open though).

Gal was extremely nice and helpful. Everything went so smoothly from check-in until we left her place. She was also very understanding and accommodated our needs well. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and the location is the best, close walk to the lake, yet private enough that it is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

We've been there for the 2nd time and will be back for sure. Great house . We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is picobello clean . Perfect place for a relaxed getaway.

There were four of us for a week. The apartment is a real dream and left nothing to be desired. Extremely high-quality and new furnishings, a fantastic roof terrace, spacious and bright-friendly design made us feel right at home. The location is great, located in the middle of the city directly on the Drava and in the old town. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, fully equipped and prepared for every conceivable possibility. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay in Villach, this is the place to be. We can recommend this place without reservation.

We booked the place for several nights and were very satisfied. The place was clean and modernly furnished. There was everything we needed in terms of amenities. We also liked the wellness area and the layout in the 2-hour slots worked smoothly. The location is simply fantastic - you can be in the hiking area within a few minutes. Those who want to travel here for this reason, among other things, are in the right place. A supermarket and a few restaurants are also within walking distance. In the quiet location of the accommodation, we and our dog felt very comfortable. If we plan to travel to Slovenia again, we would definitely come back. The only drawback: Due to the open shower in the bathroom, you put half the bathroom under water when showering. This might be a little better resolved. Otherwise, everything was great! Communication with the administration was also very good. Thanks also to Katja! :)

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

- Host very chatty and friendly :) David kindly even picked us up from the train station, although it is less than a 10-minute walk from the property. - Location was a great fit for us as it is right next to the Klagenfurt trade fair. - Nice apartment. Only note would be that there was water damage at the neighbor's and therefore the ceiling in the bathroom is broken. Doesn't bother the use of the bathroom and should probably be fixed soon.

In Marušas house, we felt comfortable from the first second. The apartment is high-quality and tastefully furnished, everything you could need is available, with many loving details and unique works of art on the walls. 2 mountain bikes with helmets are available. The cosy seating area in front of the apartment and the beautiful garden invite you to linger and relax. The surroundings offer a variety of great opportunities to discover the region and the fantastic nature. Maruša is a perfect hostess who also had many tips ready. We really enjoyed the time with her and at her place.

Hallo , we had very nice days in Klagenfurt and Irene's apartment. The apartment fully met expectations, it was very clean, cozy, well equipped, nothing was missing. The communication with Irene was really great, easy and very pleasant. Check-in went smoothly. The lake is only 5 minutes by car and in the evening you can easily get to the city by bus. The apartment is in a very quiet location. Thank you Irene for everything. We had wonderful days in Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. Best regards, Manuel

Nice little apartment, ideal for couples. Everything was perfect, but the shower is only for one person and there is no microwave. But the place is even great. (Entering is super easy)
