The small holiday cottage is located at the foot of the Singerberg (hike about 1 h) in the small mountain village of Windisch Bleiberg in the middle of the Karavanke mountains at 900 meters above sea level. The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is only equipped for 2 people and max. 1 pet (!no children)

It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Thanks to the central location, lakes, hiking trails and excursion destinations are quickly accessible.

Division

Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

The 50 m² apartment on the 2nd floor offers a large balcony with a spectacular view of the Gerlitzen hiking and skiing mountain. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Rent a small spacious cottage (about 45 m²) with direct access to Lake Magdalen and a private jetty on the property.
