Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Das Zimmer hat zwar „nur“ ca. 13qm (plus Bad), aber sonst alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt: einen Schrank, 2 Stühle, einen Tisch, Kühlschrank, die Möglichkeit Kaffee und Tee zu kochen... Tassen, Teller, Besteck ...

The apartment has a bathroom, a separate kitchenette and a living area as well as a terrace – ideal for two, optionally for four people. Just in the middle of the countryside, now in the city: Hattingen city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, Bochum-Linden is also only 4 km away and the Ruhr is even less.

We offer our one-bedroom apartment in the green south of Essen. It is well connected to public transport (bus and S-Bahn), close to the Folkwang University and the basilica. The Essen Trade Fair Centre, the University Hospital and all tourist locations in Essen and the surrounding area are within easy reach. Velbert is in the immediate vicinity, Düsseldorf can be reached quickly by car or S-Bahn. The apartment has a small terrace.
