Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The apartment is a separate part of the landlord's private villa, so please stay here with respect for the house and surroundings. As something completely unique, wild mouflons walk around the area, so be careful when driving on the roads. There are about 200 of them. Bring your fishing rod and waders and catch a fish in Roskilde fjord. If you want to go to town and shop, it's 15 minutes to cozy Frederikssund.
