Annex in Helsinge overlooking fields and forests

This natural gem is located north of Helsinge in Kongernes Nordsjælland overlooking open fields and forests. It is 200 meters to the forest where there are good chances of going mushroom hunting or just taking a walk in the beautiful nature. It is very common for forest animals to walk right outside the windows. For example, it can be roe deer, fallow deer and red deer. You can charge your electric car with us. Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Cozy summer cottage in Rågeleje

Welcome to my cottage! The house is a brick house from 1976 of about 50 m2 with a large wooden terrace that has its very own apple tree parasol. Here you can take a good afternoon nap and sip coffee in the shade🌳🌞 The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet cottage neighborhood. The garden is a natural plot with old trees. The river runs along the garden. Follow it for a pleasant walk of about 900 m. - then you will be on Rågeleje's beautiful beach.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
