Our 86 m² apartment (new since Jan. 2024) is located on the ground floor of a 3-family house in Lind (district of Zirndorf) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring and modern furniture. The distance to the Playmobil FunPark is only 1.9 km, a bus stop is located at the level of the house. The S-Bahn station of the Nuremberg-Ansbach line is located in the next town (1.1 km). With this you can reach the central train station in just 15 minutes.Nuremberg and from there comfortably via subway to Messe-Nürnberg.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

Fühlen Sie sich wohl in unserer ca. 75m² großzügigen, hellen und offenen Ferienwohnung in Zirndorf/Bronnamberg, nahe dem Playmobil-Funpark. Mit einem separaten Eingang, kleinen Garten und Ihrer eigenen Terrasse können Sie sich hier in ruhiger Lage erholen. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2017/2018 neu gebaut und ist ab 01.07.2018 zu mieten.
