Holiday rentals with a patio in Vecchiano

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Matteo was a great host, responded quickly to all requests. The standout feature was definitely the spacious layout, which provided plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. What impressed me most was how clean it was. Beyond the apartment itself, the location was absolutely ideal. Being close to all amenities made daily life so convenient. Whether it was grocery shopping, grabbing a coffee, or accessing public transport, everything I needed was just a short walk away.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The hosts were simply amazing—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. The town elevator was out of service, they came downstairs to help me with my heavy luggage, which I deeply appreciated. They also gave me a super detailed and friendly tour of the house, which made me feel instantly at home. When I accidentally broke a cup and offered to pay for it, they wouldn’t even let me, and instead told me not to worry at all. The place itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and full of charm. Of course, the scenary is absolutely beautiful. I truly felt cared for from beginning to end. I can't recommend this place and these wonderful hosts enough!

The appartment is new, very well equiped and it really looks like in the photos. Communication with Alessio was always on time and very usefull. Highly recommnend to stay in Lucca.

Great stay at Veve's. We had done a roadtrip in Italy and our last stop was La Spezia and the Cinque Terre where we stayed 3 days at Veve's. The hosting was very warm by Veve's nice dad. The apartment is very cute and sufficient for a family with a small garden. The interior is very clean and very decorated like a Greek home. Veve had prepared for our arrival, and some very good coffee. Despite the 36 degrees the house is cool, the small garden is sublime for a coffee break and breakfast. Veve is very responsive and communicates a lot, I drank all her coffee and she didn't hesitate to bring more. Really very good stay, I will definitely be back.

I was with 3 friends hiking in the Apuan, and Carla's house was a great support. Very close to many routes, quiet and with an incredible view from the terrace on the second floor. Carla also allowed us to have a check-out later because of a last minute need, very kind even at check-in. Tip!!

Thanks Andrea for staying in your house, the hospitality you showed and all the suggestions for what to do and where to eat! We really liked the house and the beautiful location next to the river. It’s calm and quiet, and everything was well provided.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed a night of scenery during a trip, the house is new, cozy and well equipped with several accessories. Communicative and available host. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful place , with an amazing view. Giovanni made me a 1 minute video of how to get to apartment from the train and it was super easy. The place was very clean, spacious and the terrace was stunning. Was welcomed with wine. A few steps but nothing crazy and the view makes it worth it. Would stay again!

Great place! My son and I enjoyed our stay! Hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations.

The location of the accommodation is very central! Pisa Centrale train station is a few minutes' walk away, where we drove to Lucca and Florence. Pauline was always quick to reach and gave us countless great tips :) Unfortunately, the mosquitoes annoyed us very much at night, even though the window was always closed. (nasty things)

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
