The house is located in the Lucca countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of Tuscan greenery, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight single apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and dirt (suitable for any type of vehicle).
