Court mais très bon séjour chez Anne. Le logement est impeccable, traversant avec plusieurs balcons dont deux ont vu sur la mer. Très bien équipé et spacieux pour 6. Petit plus pour nous : Anne parle français ce qui a largement facilité la communication ! Merci pour tout !

We had a wonderful stay in Portovenere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the city, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base to explore the Cinque Terre and enjoy the peaceful charm of Portovenere. Our hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Helena for her warm help! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Tres bonne communication avec Francesco qui est aux "petits soins". Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Pise, les Cinque Terre. Il est également bien équipé. La literie est de bonne qualité.

Casa Dena is a wonderful apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning,breathtaking. Bathroom is renovated and beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to make food. Beds are comfortable. Near the apartment there are restaurants. We really enjoyed to stay here. Caroline was very helpful and friendly and she sent very good information with many pictured how to find the way artment. We can highly recommend this apartment!

Appartamento impeccabile, vicino alla spiaggia e ai servizi ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Mariangela sempre disponibilissima e attenta, anche alle nostre più scontate richieste! Noi eravamo in tre, due adulti e un bambino di tre anni, volendo, dati gli spazi della casa, si può pensare di soggiornare anche in quattro.

This was our favorite Airbnb yet! Rosanna and Salvatore were so kind and communicative. They met us at check in, showed us around the apartment, and gave plenty of recommendations for our stay. This Airbnb was a DREAM. The views are unreal, and we loved the ability to sit in the sun or the privacy of the shade in the garden. We spent many hours watching the sea and the amazing sunsets. It was so clean and smelled wonderful on arrival. Cannot say enough good things. We cannot wait to book it again!

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

This home is a wonderful blend of old and new, and the view is even better in real life! It was exactly what we needed - and more - for our family vacation. The multiple floors gave our group lots of privacy and respite. Corniglia as a town felt the most authentic and we enjoyed getting to know the locals. We will be back!

Esperienza molto positiva. Casa ben organizzata e pulita, vicina al mare ma lontana dal rumore del centro. Tornerei volentieri se fossi in zona. Unica pecca: può non essere facile trovare parcheggio, pur essendo ovunque a pagamento. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato e non abbiamo più spostato la macchina.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und Gloria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus und der Garten sind toll. Man ist schön für sich, kann wunderbar entspannen, ist aber auch schnell in Lucca oder am Strand. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Una casa da favola, affacciata sul mare con scorci meravigliosi da ogni finestra. Arredata con gusto in ogni angolo, molto caratteristica con le sue 4 stanze su 4 piani. Il balconcino vista mare con accesso diretto la rende speciale anche se si ha desiderio di passare un po di tempo a casa in tranquillità. La posizione è più che ottima, vicinissima alla piazzetta centrale ma riparata dal via vai. Infine Lola una proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. non volevamo andare via!!!

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Logement très bien situé dans la ville et pour visiter les cinq terre et Pise également… Appartement très propre et literie de la chambre confortable (canapé du salon ne convient pas pour les adultes et ado car on sent une barre métallique dans le dos) La place de parking est très pratique et est un vrai plus dans cette région…supermarché à côté de l appartement c est top…petit bémol le bruit de rue et de la porte d entrée de l immeuble…Aussi bien pensé à prendre du gel douche, pastille de lave vaisselle et de lave linge car pas disponible dans l appartement…

Piacevole soggiorno, Matteo molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento tutto come da descrizione, ottima posizione, ottimo avere il parcheggio. Tutti i servizi e la spiaggia sono a pochi passi, condominio super tranquillo. Grazie ancora

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive. Once again, a huge thank you to our host!
