A newly renovated cottage that runs in the old style with new standards. The house has its own beach with jetty and entry ramp for your own boat. also includes a rowing boat so you can go out and row on the lake. The house is only 5 minutes from the city center by car and about 10 minutes by bicycle . A very idyllic area with Älmhult boat harbour as a neighbour with life and movement. camping is 5 min away with bike which has restaurant and full rights. Best location in Älmhult community with proximity to IKEA museum and IKEA department store.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Vårt rymliga och bekväma hus med stor egen trädgård och stor terass ligger på en höjd inne i Hestra med utsikt över samhället och den lilla sjön. I huset finns alla bekvämligheter och plats för upp till två familjer, dessutom även en bastu samt garage för bilen eller skid/golf/cykelutrustning! Det är nära till affärer, gång eller cykelavstånd till flera badsjöar, anlagda moutainbikeleder och massor av stigar. Södra sveriges största skidanläggning ligger mindre än fem minuter från huset.
