Guesthouse "the barn"

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

Cabin by the sea, close to both Stockholm and Vaxholm.

Here, you can stay in a house directly at the sea's edge in Stockholm's Archipelago. Only 30 minutes by car from central Stockholm. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Newly built villa, private, by a lake

Relax in this quiet accommodation and enjoy lake views and nature. Here you live in a brand new single-storey villa with large windows and giant sliding doors facing the lake. The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. The house has a terrace of about 75 m2, part of which is a cozy patio under the roof. Canadians are there and you can swim from the property. 7 minutes away there is a nice beach.

Your own cabin by the lake

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation right by the lake. You come here to enjoy nature. Enjoy a morning or evening swim from the jetty 30 metres away, which you share with the landlords who live in the large house a little further up. Take a trip on the lake or a walk in the forest right outside the door. Nearby, you will find the Fjällnora outdoor recreation area, and if you want to go into town, it is about 20 minutes to the city of Uppsala, where you will find all the restaurants and shopping you could imagine.

Modern hideaway in Swedish countryside

Bright, modern apartment with wonderful views over surroundings. Sleeps 2 adults + up to 2 small children. N.B. Cleaning fee is refunded after the booking period. TV and internet, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc. and bathroom with washing-machine. Outside space include a balcony (with morning sun) and a terrace overlooking the garden. A further two guests (full size double sofa-bed) can be accommodated downstairs by arrangement, depending on availability.

Golf adjacent in Vattholma- whole house

Live in the country near Wattholma Golf Club, and with a short commute into central Uppsala by train, this house gives you the best of both worlds. 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds, as well as living, kitchen and dining space gives plenty of room. An enclosed yard and deck gives you outside space to relax in. A short walk takes you to the train station, where in 13 minutes you are in central Uppsala, and just 3 minutes drive to the golf course. Ask about longer stays (30+ days, 3 pers max)

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Peaceful and centrally-located accommodation with lots of charm. Located in a quiet location by a lush park, you have a 7-minute walk to the city center, restaurants & cafés. Ample parking and harmonious light throughout the home. 2 working tiled stoves, pine floors, new bathroom and spacious kitchen. The home is about 70 sqm and there is a sofa bed if you are 4 people. The area is one of Uppsala's most attractive, where you are close to everything the city has to offer

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Paradise Haknäs

Take a peaceful time-out for two and enjoy a quiet stay in the heart of Swedish nature. Despite the calm surroundings, the location is conveniently accessible, just a 25-minute drive from Arlanda Airport and 20 minutes from Uppsala City. In the surrounding area, there are a few walking and hiking options reachable within a short distance on foot. A lake with a jetty and opportunities for a refreshing swim is also just a few minutes away.

Cozy cabin by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.
