With the lake Åsnen at sight, open fields around it and the forest behind, this place can offer all the best of Swedish countryside. The cottage is across the courtyard to the main house. Your entrance is facing mine, but outside the backdoor you´ll find all the space you need to be on your own. Nice beaches on convenient distance and within a radius of 10 km you will find cosy cafés, farmers shops and much more. And not to forget: Åsnen National Park, of which I´m certified as a collaborator.

Stora sällskapsytor och trädgård med syrenberså och barbecue. Skogen ligger på promenadavstånd. Närmsta badplats är Välje vid Virestad sjön. 15km till Älmhult och IKEA museum. 50 km till Växjö och 60 km till Glasriket.

The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.

My 12yr old son and I spent a lovely day and night at Han's Glamping spot - a luxury tent on its own in a clearing in the forest with great grilling facilities. Everything was clean and as described - the bed cosy and comfortable, plenty of cooking utensils and a fantastic location right in the middle of beautiful Swedish nature. We enjoyed cycling to the lake, grilling under the stars and picking blueberries among other things. Ideal for those looking to get off-grid and unplug for a while. Hans and his wife were extremely welcoming, helpful and generous hosts. Would happily recommend and go again.

Amazing idyll! Fresh, modern and well taken care of. Amazing jetty with bench and sun loungers to enjoy in the evening sun. The tent is decorated tastefully and the surface is Well furnished with everything that might be needed from first aid and mosquito spray to tea lights and guest book. Lots of fun little things to do, such as solving riddles to get up a locked box with a surprise, fishing things and stone painting. The outhouse is the absolute freshest I've been to, smells of flowers and clean as a hotel. Soft bed and fresh linens! Despite the hassle of the first booking, the hosts accommodated our requests. Will definitely come back to this wonderful place. Thank you Cecilia and Joakim!

We had a wonderful holiday here. The cottage was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The veranda with sliding glass doors was particularly practical for mosquito-free lounging. The property is enchanting and the small lake is just a few minutes' walk away. There you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, go rowing and also fish. Communication with the hosts was great, there was always a quick response to inquiries. We can really recommend this holiday home without reservation.

Fantastic and charming cottage with direct access to the lake and nature. We had a lovely long weekend, with fishing, boating, outdoor baths and cosiness in the cottage. Although the weather was not quite as good, you get everything you need - the view from the cottage is beautiful and the cottage is lovely and cozy decor. Beautiful place. We'd love to come again
