Holiday rentals with lake access in Västra Motala

Magnus House is very nice with views of Roxen Lake and Linköping. We were there with 8 adults and 2 small children and all had enough space and privacy. The balcony is great for eating and relaxing and the swimming area nearby is wonderful for swimming. The location is very quiet. The area is wonderful for cycling and there are many beautiful cafes. Magnus is always available and very helpful.

A fantastic stay in a private and peaceful accommodation, perfect for our group of eight. The host was warm and welcoming, and the accommodation fresh and well-equipped. Being able to charge an electric car was a big plus. The magical place and harmonious atmosphere made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended, we are already looking forward to returning!

We felt very comfortable and there was nothing missing. Great location and great view of the lake …for dogs great entrance to the water. The only neighbours you haven't noticed...

Very happy with your stay. The house was very nice with all the comforts you could wish for. Robin was very proactive, clear and pleasant in his communication, which meant that we had no questions on site, nice!

We really enjoyed the communication with the hosts, for the house, for the facilities, for Tived National Park, for the instruction book in the house and for the entire stay. It can easily be we'll be back. We had a little trouble with our car and some neighbors were also very helpful. It was just really good everything.

We loved Fredrik’s place for our three-night stay in Karlsborg. It was so quiet and clean, and plenty of space for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. And it was great to have the outside space too for when the sun came out. It’s perfectly positioned to explore the area, and a short walk to the lake. Fredrik was a great host too, answering questions quickly and making great recommendations for what we could do in the local area. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic nice house, decor and great location high up with outstanding views of the lake. The guest house next door was beyond the usual and a perfect place to spread out the guests but still be close. Anna has been so helpful, quick in her response and welcoming in every way. Thank you Anna!

Clean and tidy, cozy apartment with plenty of space at the top of an old wooden house. Nice reception and assistance from a friendly host. Really central location, in the middle of the square and in the middle of the city pulse with the opportunity to find peace in the backyard with beach to Vättern.

A wonderful apartment, a feeling of luxury. Beautifully designed house and a magical, so well laid out garden - beautiful! Nice swimming area just meters away. Well and tastefully, thoughtfully decorated - everything we could need was there.

We had three beautiful days on the small island. Especially the kids enjoyed the stay very much. In the evening we could make fires and enjoy the tranquility. Unfortunately, there were also many mosquitoes, but we were prepared for that. The location is very nice and quiet. The accommodation itself is very simple, but with everything you need. Refrigerator, gas stove, etc. worked perfectly. The outdoor shower also serves its purpose. Communication with Peter was great and very fast. Definitely to be recommended.

This place is a slice of paradise. We were immediately overwhelmed by the spirit of this place. Like in a picture book. A beautiful lake where you could swim and fish. The tranquility and the surroundings are simply fantastic. The house offers all you need for a comfortable stay. Pernilla was a super host who provided us with helpful tips and rounded off the stay at this wonderful place with a pleasant conversation at check-out. Thank you for this time. We will be back.

Very nice, fresh accommodation. Nice host, a plus was the nice terrace outside. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't really on our side, so we couldn't use it. I would be happy to return to the accommodation.

We had a lovely stay during our trip for Vätternrundan! Sten is a great host who was helpful and very friendly. Beachvillan is located on a gorgeous beach with a peaceful view of the lake. Due to our focus on the bike event we did not try the activities at the house, however there were lots of choices too! 6 adults would have been too much for us but we could make it work for 4 (tall) adults. We are really glad we stayed here 😊

Wonderful little cottage right next to the lake with its own jetty. We stayed here to drive the girls' water, a smooth bike ride next to Motala and the starting line. The cottage had everything we needed and Helene has been helpful with everything that was needed.

A nice accommodation that has everything. The house is beautifully situated by a lake. It feels private even though the host lives on the same property. Everything you need in the cabin.

Great little cabin with private bathroom and small kitchen with large fridge/freezer. Also TV & wifi. Possibility to sit outside as well. Easy check-in and parking space was available.

Our stay with Kerstin and Åke was wonderful! Kerstin is a very warm woman who bakes very tasty bread and we felt like at home. The yellow house is very cozy, very clean and has a nice well-kept garden. It's very quiet and you have a fantastic view of Lake Sommen. You can make a nice little hike in the area. We highly recommend it and would always come back!
