The cottage and balcony have a sunny location with wonderful views over Varamoviken and Vättern. You have 50 meters to the water in the Nordic region's largest lake with a 2 km long sandy beach. The distance to central Motala is 3 km. Distance to municipal playground thirty meters At the cottage, you have access to the garden's lawns. Various games and play materials are available for free use.

Newly built house with absolutely the best location on the Nordic's longest lake beach and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafés and restaurants, it is a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a bay that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to paddle tennis courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Hookahs/smoking are not allowed!

Perfect for a holiday or just change of working environment. Wonderful nature paths right outside. 5min to the nearest grocery store. Close to Motala city with its harbour and locks. 20 min to the medieval town of Vadstena for beautiful history and shopping. Visit Medevi brunn and nature reserves like Omberg and Tåkern.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. The Lakehouse (Nybyggt)

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Historic house with garden and a lovely patio.

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. We, the hosts, live 5min walk from the house. We will be happy to show the house and answer any questions you might have.

Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Stugan ligger på vår tomt, egen uteplats. Avstånd till stranden är ca 250 meter! Vi erbjuder lakan och handdukar utan extra betalning. Städning sköter hyresgästen. Dammsugare och rengöringsmedel finns. Stugan är utrustad med allt vad du behöver för en skön semester!

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
