Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Västra Götaland County

Gunnel and Jonny live on the same property and were available if there should be anything. Friendly and hospitable without being intrusive. We got great local tips and felt welcome back. Highly recommend this place to stay.

We spent 5 days in Kenneth and Malene’s house, we were 2 families with 2 kids 2yo. They live on the upper floor and were very welcoming and helpful in giving us several information. Check in, check out and comminication were great, Fast and easy. We had a bit of bad luck with weather, but we were able to enjoy the barbecue and jacuzzi, which are definetly a plus. The house is very well organized with all the necessary kitchen tools and room enough for all us, especially the living room where our kids played most of the time. Malene was so kind to give our kids lots and lots of toys they played with. would have been Perfect to have a second bathroom as we struggled a bit with the kids, but we were aware of that. The location is good, the sea is just in front of the house and we also had the possibilities to use their kayak, but we did not cause of weather. It is a good starting point to visit all the west coast. In the end we had a very nice and relaxing stay. Thanks a lot and see you

Therese's place was smartly planned and in a wonderful location. Beautiful views near the water and dining areas in all directions. Smart bedrooms but room for many. Therese was easy to communicate with and responded quickly! Can highly recommend than stay at Therese's place. I'd love to come back!

A cosy small apartment with a stunning and beautiful view!

Comfortable accommodation with a good view that is easy to find walking from the jetty. The owner is a very nice person who responds quickly and is happy to help if there are any questions. The island is a quiet and cozy place. There is a small ICA shop, where you can also pre-order delivery from Systembolaget or bring it with you.

We stayed at Jeeper's place for our first visit to Sweden for 3 nights. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay for that time, all comodaties, good WiFi, close to transportation and supermarket and a short walk from Mariaplan where you can find really nice coffee places and restaurants. It's also just next door from the botanic gardens and slottsskogen park, so slot to see and walk! it's also 20-30 mins tram ride to the city centre and there are tram stops close by. The neighbour is very quaint and quiet.Jesper was an amazing host, always responsive and helpful. We totally recommend this host if you are to visit Gothenburgh!

Perfect hosted and a nice apartment

Very fresh and nice accommodation. Well equipped in a thoughtful and thoughtful way. Nice patio with a nice view. A great location on the property and a personal response from the host. A place we can really recommend to others.

We had a great stay and felt welcome from start to finish, Bronius and Erik are fantastic hosts, five stars plus that the lovely and cuddly cats were a real bonus. We were spoiled with real luxury breakfasts every morning, home-baked bread, waffles and magically good coffee. It was easy to get to and from the more central parts of the city, the trams stop practically outside the door. I really hope we get the opportunity to rent the room the next time we visit Gothenburg.

Beautiful apartment with a Great central location. Bed was super comfortable and it was very nice with a sunny balcony. Walking distance to restos and the beach. Julius was friendly, helpful and responsive. I would love to stay here next time I come to Jönköping.

I was lucky enough to rent an apartment from Caroline, and it was truly a great experience. Caroline is so nice and positive, and she was always helpful if there was anything I needed or wondered about. Her warmth and welcoming way really made a big difference. The apartment had a great view, and the two nice cats who live there made everything even cozier and more homely. I really hope I can come back and rent from Caroline again as I continue my education 2025-2026. It would be great to stay with her again!

Jonas’ place was a bit of respite for us during Easter weekend. We just spent a whirlwind week in Copenhagen and had a busy week ahead in Oslo. We felt relaxed and comfortable in his stylish yet practical home. We enjoyed our coffee at the big kitchen table while our kids ate breakfast and in the evening, grabbed a beer and sat amongst the warm glow of the apartment’s well situated low level lighting. The closest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and the tram into Gothenburg is maybe a 7 minute walk. There is a green space in the courtyard containing a sand pit, swing set and a couple cats, chillin’ in the sunshine. Good times!

This cottage makes you feel right at home. It was clean and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is a short walk from the open-air museum. We would stay again!

We had a fantastic time on Dyrön and Ida's apartment was the perfect place for it. Very centrally located in the village, just a few minutes from the ferry in the north harbor. The hiking trail to Dyröleden starts right behind the house and otherwise everything on the island can be reached quickly. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the kitchen well equipped, the beds cozy. And communication with Ida worked out just fine. We can highly recommend a vacation here and plan to come back next year!

What a beautiful place. This is an absolute gem in the area. The view from upstairs is just amazing. The house also comes with a little boat, where you can discover the area around Ellös. You have a sauna and plenty of spaces and terraces around the house. It is the perfect place if you travel with your families or friends. But even for just the two of us, we really felt like home. The only disadvantage is the cleaning policy. It is a bit strict. For guests who are staying like us just for a shorter time, it was a bit hard at the day of the departure. We would have preferred to enjoy the day at the house instead of cleaning the whole morning. It would be great if cleaning service and towels and bed linen would be provided for an additional fee. This would make life much easier especially for guests who are travelling from outside of Sweden. But all in all it was absolutely worth it and the price is just great for what you get. We highly recommend it.

We have had a lovely time at Marie’s place! The house is exactly as described but in reality it feels and looks even better! We felt at home the minute we stepped inside. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay, a perfect place for kids, and overall it is a well decorated and well organised place. Long walks in beautiful nature start right at the doorway. 15 min drive to Liseberg or city centre, half an hour to the ferry to explore the Gothenburg archipelago. 5 min drive to a big supermarket & shopping centre. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to come back again!

A wonderful stay in Matilda’s beautiful home! It was surrounded by beautiful forest with a lake view - perfect to watch the sunrises and sunsets in the summer. Would highly recommend!

The house is very nice and peaceful with a lot of greenery around, a nice garden and a cozy terrace. The house itself is also very nice and luxurious that linens and towels are included. Also luxurious to have your own small gym on site. Nice surroundings with close proximity to lakes and walking paths. Quick to get into Gothenburg by car. So perfect if you want to be close to town but at the same time enjoy the peace and nature.

Very beautiful house, bright and cosy inside, nicely arranged and very well equipped, with excellent view and direct & own access to the sea. Quiet and clean, the hotel aside is no problem but on the contrary adds some „life“ and atmosphere. Surroundings beautiful and interesting for those who enjoy exploring little cosy villages, beautiful coast and colorful, rather untouched nature. Jan as host has always reacted quickly, friendly and gave good hints and ideas. All in all unique and definitely to recommend.

The house is very nice and beautifully situated on a very idyllic island that is easily accessible by line ship.
