Allt du kan tänkas vilja utforska finns direkt utanför dörren på detta ställe. Motellet är ganska centralt beläget, det finns spårvagnshållplats ca 300 meter längre bort. Inköpscentral "Backaplan" med många små och stora affärer (stora Coop) och flertal restauranger ca 800 meter bort. Office Motellet är fräscht och rent. Mestadels vit färg dominerar inredningen.
