Towels and bedding are supplied there is a washing machine, hair drier and iron. The kitchen is fully equipped, Dishwasher tabs & washing powder provided. The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

The"Trabocco in Countryside" is a particular structure immersed in the green of olive trees, which was born between sea and mountain. Cured and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 min from the center of Lanciano, 10 min from the Trabocchi Coast, 40 min from Majella, you can enjoy a living experience immersed in nature,"as in a Trabocco". But what is overflow? It's an ancient rock-anchored fishing stilt on large woven wooden poles, able to withstand the strength of the sea.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
