We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Apartment in the center of Pescara, a few minutes from the sea and the train station, about 6 km from the airport. Well-kept and equipped with all comforts. Air-conditioned and renovated with new furniture. Ground floor with railings, independent entrance, free parking in the courtyard. The area is served by supermarkets, bars, restaurants and clubs.
