Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

Torre Melissa is just 3 km from the city center of Guardiagrele (CH), where there are all the essential amenities. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for spending a period of total relaxation in contact with nature. The entire property is at guests' disposal, including: a well-equipped and complete kitchen, bedrooms, a living room with stereo system and a beautiful balcony to admire the stars. In just 20 minutes you can reach the mountain tourist area of Passolanciano/Maielletta. In addition, a few minutes away by car, there are several characteristic villages of the Chietino hinterland area. Michele and Tiziana were really kind, helpful and welcoming at any time. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back to visit them!

The place is beautiful, large rooms and terrace overlooking the sea for eating with friends. The pool and amenities are excellent, everything is very nice. The only thing missing is direct beach access because the one closest to the house is a little uncomfortable because of the rocks. The kindness and courtesy of the hosts is definitely a plus

Sebastiano's place is a gem immersed in the greenery of Abruzzo vineyards and olive groves. Equipped with a large outdoor space, the apartment is clean, functional and equipped with all the necessary comforts for an excellent stay. It is also just a few kilometers from the sea and the supermarket, great for both short and long-term stays. As for the host, Sebastiano is a delight, ready to meet every need. We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine and it also provided us with useful directions to roads and places to see. Absolutely recommended!

My friends and I spent two nights (including New Year's Eve) in Anita's accommodation, finding ourselves really very well. Cozy, spacious, clean home with all the essential comforts. In person, the accommodation far exceeds the expectations of the photos. The host Anita was always available for any clarification and information, not only that, she had a kind approach from the beginning that gave us peace of mind throughout the stay. Surely there will be other occasions to stay at Anita's house.

Caterina was extremely helpful and helpful, always ready to support us. The property met our needs exactly, it was clean and suitable for a family like ours with small children and with the park immediately in front of the property. The ease of parking is definitely another point in favor of the property. Definitely a property that we recommend and that we will consider future visits to Roccaraso!

We had a great stay! The space was comfortable and the view from the roof was amazing. We were able to walk to everything in town that we needed. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re in Mafalda.

Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Dear Gunilla and Niklas we thought your house was just perfect with the most spectacular views. Many thanks for the help with the lighting to the steps. We watered the plants as often as we could and managed to clean the pool with the robot a couple of times each week. We will be back and I understand Jo Jo's family have already booked for next year so we will fit our dates around them.

Beautiful location, large, clean and equipped with everything, just as described, immersed in the relaxation on the hill. Great as a base to go to the sea (15 minutes by car) but also allows you to spend entire days by the pool. Check-in and assistance throughout the stay, Rita assured, attentive and always kind. Margherita’s place was wonderful. One of the best best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pool is spotless and the terrace has a breath taking view. Ideal for those who want to relax in a peaceful location with friends or family. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the house was very clean. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

We were guests for a week as a family with friends and two little girls. The house is large and in a good location. Pietro was always very helpful even though we never met. Everything went well, unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the garden at all because there were too many mosquitoes, really too many. In the house everything is available, and it is very spacious so comfortable. There are many nice beaches around. I recommend it for a vacation with family and friends.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.
