A natural and relatively simple accommodation in a charming, timbered cottage on a forest and beach plot with access to lovely forest walks and swimming from the beach, cliffs and jetty. The cottage is located about 7 km from Västervik city center on a plot shared with our family (2 adults and 3 children aged 8-13 years) and our free-roaming dog. There is about 80 m of forest between the cottage and our house, so you live in relative seclusion with forest and sea bay as the nearest neighbor. At the same time, you pass our house on the way to the cottage and often meet up with the dog and host family who move around a lot on the property in the summers. You should appreciate nature and tranquility but you should not be afraid of people or dogs if you are going to enjoy yourself here :) The cottage is a simple timber cottage on 1 1/2 floors with a lot of charm and a lack of modernities in the form of TV. Here, the children can swim and play in the forest instead :) The property is a hilly forest plot, so unfortunately the accommodation is not very well adapted for disabled people. Pets are more than welcome as long as they work well with children and dogs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to roam freely on the property if they get along well with our own farm dog :) Welcome to a relaxed and nature-oriented vacation at Västerbo!

Lakeside house on Gränsö

A modern, fully equipped private house of 45 square metres in a scenic area. Living room with sofa bed, full kitchen and double upstairs. Patios in three directions, 100 meters to sea bathing and walking distance to Gränsö Castle. Ekhagen's golf course is about 2 km from the accommodation, and it's about a 30-minute walk to Västervik's town centre. PLEASE NOTE: Bring your own sheets/towels or rent them for a fee of SEK 150 each Guests are responsible for ensuring the place is clean upon departure or they can purchase cleaning upon arrival for SEK 500.

Summer house by the lake

Relax with the whole family in this home by a lake surrounded by the Småland forests. By the lake you can fish and swim. The cabin is equipped with air conditioning that provides a comfortable indoor temperature even during the hottest days of summer. The house is located just 10 minutes from the summer town of Västervik, and 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's world. Within 10 minutes drive, there are several lakes for fishing. The accommodation consists of a house of 100 sqm and a guest house of 25 sqm as well as a terrace of 80 sqm with a view.

Fresh, cozy cottage right by the sea.

Relax in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house is located right by the sea, on a secluded part of our garden. Quiet, harmonious and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik city center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three people. It is nice to dock by boat at our jetty if you want to bring a boat. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we would like them to sleep in their own bed.

It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
