Good location. Close to the beach. Little but cosy. No wifi. Need to bring you own bedsheet, shampoo, cleaning the place afterward etc. but consider to its price it is very ok

Thank you for a very nice stay! We were 2 adults and 4 children, all very happy with this accommodation. Clean, fresh, cozy courtyard, close to swimming, nice surroundings, comfortable beds, smooth check-in and clear communication from the hosts. Luxurious bed linen, towels and cleaning included! Fully equipped kitchen. Thoughtful details such as toys for the children and an appreciated candy bowl. Will gladly come back! The accommodation is highly recommended.

Fantastic view from Åke's beautiful apartment which is only 35 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's World. Plenty of space and nice atmosphere. I will definitely stay with Åke again, the next time we are in the area.

I was very satisfied with the communication and flexibility of Biljana, the accommodation itself, and the area! I was there for a week to visit the university in Linköping. This was only 3 minutes away by e-scooter and 15 minutes on foot. However, since the e-scooters in Linköping are so cheap, I took them to go everywhere. Whether it's exploring the area, going to the university, into the forest, or even into the city. The apartment offers one person everything you need. The large kitchen and the large bathroom are particularly noteworthy. The bed was also very comfortable. It was very clean too. Thank you for the great accommodation, Biljana! :)

Close to the city centre, parking on the property and nice apartment.

Perfect simple overnight accommodation in connection with a stay at Astrid Lindgren's World. A big plus is that you can bring pets. A small minus on the mischievous cat that wanted to get into the cottage and wanted to cuddle when you sat on the patio. Will definitely consider this accommodation again for future visits to Vimmerby/Astrid Lindgren's world.

We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

We've been there for the second time. It's a wonderful house that you'll remember your whole life. The children love the large well-kept garden and adults the relaxing tranquility. From the first minute, you are on vacation😉. Of course, all major attractions can be reached easily and quickly.

Very nice and fresh accommodation with views of both the garden and the sea. Lovely outdoor hot tub - the kids' favourite. Josef is a very nice host, available and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation, perfect for the kids to play in the garden. Lovely with sauna and billiards inside. Well arranged with beds and bed linen. However, the apartment was hot the first night but there was a fan and air conditioning in the bedrooms! 👍

Nice and easy host.

Nice, clean and nice. Some noise from young people on Saturday night (but it said in the listing that it could occur). Good place for a family!

Josef was an absolutely fantastic host for us during our stay. Fantastically good with the kids and extremely friendly and superb service!
