Perfect for our requirements. Clean, cosy and conveniently located on the edge of the city centre. Host was very responsive.

A really nice guesthouse right next to their own house but you have your own porch down towards the water. Bright and nicely decorated and lovely views out to the sea and where the Lots boats leave. Out on Skorven there are lovely cliffs and barbecue areas ☀️

Perfect space efficient accommodation within walking distance from central Sundsvall! There were three of us who spent a weekend there and were happy with everything. Brilliant communication, clean and fresh and cozy feeling. Extra plus for the small patio where the sun shone on well from morning to late afternoon!
